I love ice cream because you cant go wrong with ice cream! On the other hand, when your service is bad thats when I develop a problem. The older woman that worked there was very condescending. We were being helped by one of her co-workers but we needed 5 orders, instead of her helping us she skipped over our group in line to take the next party. She continued to make snooty comments to the other group she was helping even when they told her they had never been to Coldstone! The other two young workers were very nice and helpful, but unfortunately one person ruined the experience for me.

Overpriced. Wanted small size with 2 flavours (1 small scoop each) and the answear was: cant! Gotta buy the medium! "This are the rules sir" well off to the Whole Foods across the st for a "no rules-ice cream in a bucket! Bullshit company!

Straight up delicious. I dont know what they do to just plain old ice cream that makes it so good but Im not complaining. That is not to say CSC is the best ice cream around. But its way better than DQ or Baskin Robins.

Same great tasting Coldstone we all know and love, but a less than courteous staff. I saw one of the workers go off on a customer for holding a door open too long and letting out the air conditioning.

Love Cold Stone but the girls behind the counter are really slow to busy talking about some dude. It took us over 30 minutes just for us to even order with 2 people ahead of us when we walked in.

Awesome staff. Good ice cream. What more could you want. Parking nearby. Lots of shops and parks for walking and eating ice cream on the go. There are places to sit outside too

Ice cream is good but I dont see the appeal of waiting 20 mins in a 85-degree crowded small store to pay $7 for ice cream when you can get it for under $3 other places.

Very friendly staff behind the counter. Delicious chocolate and peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter cups and fudge. AND, they sing a little song when you tip!
