I wish I could give them more stars, since they are so close to me, but I cant. Ive been here about 4 times since I moved to this neighborhood, and although I love the fact that they have a fireplace (a working one!) they are quite haphazard about the orders. Examples? I ordered a flatbread sandwich which I was hoping would come toasted, but got a wheat bread sandwich (with the correct ingredients). It wouldve been nice if they told me they are out of flat bread! I ordered an ice latte one afternoon, but got a hot drink instead. they were nice enough to offer me a cup of ice for a make your own, but i couldnt have the dairy version they brought me, i had ordered an almond iced latte. i did get one you pick two meal where they warned me they are out of ingredients and also when it was just after 10 and no breakfast items. So, in other words, order with caution, but otherwise a very pleasant location to get some quality work done. Internet is stable.

Man I wanted Macaroons, cookies, some soup BUT there was a line that was taking forever at this location. So I tried using the little kiosk pads, I ended up looking through the system for about 7 minutes. All this time, the whole 7 minutes, I was trying to find what item were actually in stock. After another 13 minutes of finding the items we wanted, when we tried to check out only to have the kiosk say that half of the items were suddenly out of stock! 20 minutes and we had nothing to show for it. Therefore we went to whole foods that actually had Macaroons!

This place has really gone down hill recently. The last two times I have visited (between 6 and 6:30pm) they have been completely out of bread bowls. I get that they only make so many in the morning, but out before dinner already? Someones not making enough in the morning. Also their smoothie machine was broken. And on top of that, the bread they DID give me was super tiny. Pretty much a joke. I dont know if theres new management, or what, but it really has gone down hill over the last year.

Recently refreshed to a hipster-esk farmhouse chic décor. At the counter they eliminated the standard menu boards. Overhead are just the daily soups and seasonal specials. There are card stock menus in holders and a plethora of tablet based ordering kiosks. Same food, but new"craft beverage" options near the soda. The blood orange lemonade with carrot and tumeric was very good. The seasonal beet salad was a bit light on the beets. Otherwise a standard Panera experience with a new look.

Placed $130 order on line and was requested to give them an hour to prepare our offices lunch. Showed up 10 minutes early (so 50 minutes later) and was told that they had just received the order and where going to begin the order. Half an hour later, I am still waiting for my order. Unfortunately, because I am working I have a limited time for lunch and I have spent it waiting for my order. Now I dont get to eat lunch -_-. This location really needs to get themselves together.

One of the better Paneras Ive visited. The several times Ive visited, soup was hot, pastries fresh, restroom clean, and the pager-location-food runner setup helped with securing a seat to dine in during rush hours. Only suggestion to this location- the areas with the trash cans where you return your tray/utensils/etc. have zero organization so they just end up haphazardly pulled up on top of each other around the trash hole; please fix this & Ill upgrade to 5 stars.

This place was horrible in the area of price. This has overpriced everything from cookies to soup. Everyhing is delicous, though. The staff members are kind. But the price, the PRICE, it has been so butchered, I need to give a lost star because of this. Its like Starbucks, except it doesnt feel like youre drinking burnt water with bitter bean shavings.

Food was good as usual, but new layout after remodeling seems somewhat disorganized. Also, I got to counter to order and the menu was gone. Counter staff told me to use a paper menu, which was over by the door! Order taker did not ask if I wanted bread, cups or apple and also forgot to put drink on bill.

Panera is one of those places where you know you will find consistent food and service, no matter the location. Used the touch pad ordering system for the first time in this location because I was in a hurry. A bit confusing but a kind staff person helped me out. Parking is at a premium at this location.

OK. What the frick. They remodeled and its absolutely outstanding. Staff is beyond phenomenal. Cashiers and employees are just so helpful and sweet I honestly have never felt so welcomed. And trust me Ive been at a ton of paneras. This one is by far my favorite. Keep up the great work guys!

The remodel is nice. But I do have one minor criticism: the ledge in front of the display case, on which the credit card terminal sits, its too narrow. The terminal is not chip enabled; so to use the slide reader, you must bend your card. That ledge needs to be ~2"wider.

When I first walked in, Tony at the register just stared at me blankly. I wasnt sure if I was ordering at the right place! But after I ordered he said thank you, and the food was delivered to my table very quickly and no problems with it. Overall a nice place.

Huge store, no hot sauce. When asked the manager, Melissa, had no idea about their inventory and said the "other" manager does the inventory, I guess we ran out. just could not believe that a name brand can be run so poorly!
