My family and I decided to go to this particular one because weve been here before and the service was great about a year ago. So we went last night after my sons graduation and husbands birthday. We got there around 9:15pm and was seated immediately. It was eight of plus baby. Our waiter came and took our drink and food order. While we waited my mother in law noticed we didnt have any water. So she asked our waiter why we didnt have any water. The waiter insisted that it was upon request. Which we never heard of before. So she demanded that we had water and the waiter insinuated that my mother in law was drunk. Which was strike number one you are supposed to always serve water weather you drink it or not. Time went on as we talked among ourselves and we noticed that the two families that were seated after us were eating and we were still waiting. By this time it was 10:15. My brother in law went to the manager and all he could explain is that they only had two cooks. But two other families received their food before us and they were seated after us. The manager didnt apologize for the inconvenience or even offer to have the drinks on the house. We left after waiting for almost 2 hours when the restaurant wasnt busy. The service was horrible and we will never come back.

i ordered a hamburger at i hop on 11/16/2012 i walked back to my hotel and as i bagan to eat it it had a bizzarre smell so i didnt want to continue eating it and i left for about 2 or 3 hours i put it in the refrigerator and when i returned i took it out and went back to speak with the employee named debbie which was one of the rudest people ive ever met she said she wasnt going to help me and didnt care that i had proof of purchase and that she wasnt going to do anything at all .....so at this point im going to report this to the health dept.....and to the corporate office as well .....this is not the way that you treat a repeat customer ..... the cameras wont lie as i told her there was about 2 or 3 bites maybe taken out of the burger ..... and she wasnt willing to do ANYTHING ABOUT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IM NOT GOING TO STAND FOR THIS AT ALL.....i have all the proof and reciepts and the 99% of the meal itself .....im going to continue calling the corporate affices as well ok..... CHECK THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THERE I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD OF AT LEAST REPLACED IT ..... PINA COLAPINTO CUSTOMER.....

I can honestly say this was the worst food I have ever had. My mom and I both ordered a Colorado Omelette. They were both dried up especially the "shredded beef" on top which was basically pot roast that was a bit on the crunchy side. We asked for a side of fruit and it came off color, I figured it was just over ripe but it actually had started to ferment! You would think the waitress would have picked up on the fact that most of the food was still on the plates and we didnt even want to take it home that it might not be a good experience. So when the manager asked how it was we told him. He took the charges off for the meals and we paid for the tea we ordered. Now I am looking at my credit card statement and he added on the another $10.00 after the fact. Not good business at all! If I could give this place no stars I would!

Everything was great except the anoying tall white kid with pony tail LESTER w the stretched neck, following us from the kitchen from the back to the front acting as though me and my wife were going to blow off the check. I walked to the cashier lester ...and paid fornmy meal. You golddigers...the ihop meating in the middle of an open bussiness didnt help either.you guys suck.people watch out for lester w the stretched neck.hell think your stealing a meal.

This was one of the best take-out experiences I have ever had. I was received by who I believe was the manager (Denise, I think) and treated like customer royalty. She helped put together my order, was funny and entertaining, and made sure everything that I ordered was extremely accurate (down to the crispiness of my bacon). I was truly impressed by this experience and will definitely be back for more. Thanks for the food and the experience!

This place is not good, got food poisoning after having a ham and cheese omellete, pancakes and a coffee. It doesnt seem like they clean the coffee, when we were seated there was a coffee mug at the table which still had coffee, waitress took the mug and im almost sure she just poured more into in I was the only only who drank coffee and everyone else in the table ate similar things and didnt get sick. Will never come back.

Busy location. Everytime we visit this place its bustling with activity. The last time, we were here on a Saturday morning for a family breakfast. Although it took us a while to be seated, we really enjoyed the food. Whenever we decide to go to iHOP - this is the only location we choose. The others around town dont have a service good enough as this - nor does their food taste as good. We will be going back.

We stopped in for a birthday brunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the food and service. Our waitress was a delight and served our large group with kids with a smile and much patience. The Colorado Omelette was more than I bargained for and was cooked to perfection, leaving me with a great taste in my mouth for IHOP.

This is my go to ihop. The one by Charlestown sucks ass and the one in addison is a bit further. Love this one. Schaumburg is kinda eh EDIT: as of June or so they really changed staff. Our waitresses were not that friendly, nor was the manager or hosts. I miss my man Jose, I loved seeing that guy. Place has kinda gone downhill, imo.

The strawberry cheesecake pancakes were awesome. My friend had the peaches and pecans praline pancakes and she said they were great also. Our waiter was very attentive and when my friends eggs were not cooked to her liking, they quickly fixed her more with no problems. Very clean restaurant.

This is a nice, well run IHOP. Their pancakes, omelets and crepes are actually quite well done. It does not have the glitz or sophistication of Walker Brothers, but its tasty, affordable and enjoyable. There are numerous options for children. The staff are kind, friendly and patient.

Red, White & Blue pancakes were good. I. would have liked half as much hash browns and a two more strawberries on the pancakes instead. Decaf coffee was very weak. Servers were helpful and remade a pot, but it was also weak. Seems to be a problem with the coffee grounds.

Service is not great. I had a piece of plastic broken from some cookware 9n my food and the manager came to ask me that what should I do? She should have changed the dish for me without asking which did not do even enter told her that I cannot eat this anymore.
