The fish, fries and slaw are excellent---just like in the past! The service is excellent, and the new owner has already made improvements to the property--like the paved, stripped parking lot, and enhanced courtyard. More improvements are coming; but, the most important thing is the food--and especially the FISH! It is as crisp and flaky and flavorful as ever! Done just right, and ample servings. The fries are crisp, and not greasy. The slaw is very good, and not swimming in sauce. They even have the same "sauce" to go with the fish and fries, as well as ketchup and tartar sauce, The new owner and his staff are very friendly, efficient and accomodating! Our family and friends are hooked on Otts, and intend to visit them OFTEN, on weekends.

Been going to the "Fish Stand" since I was a kid, and I was extatic to see this place reopen. The food is pretty similar, although the fish pieces are small. I wouldve given a high rating, but our service was beyond horrible. Never was greeted, had to go to the window to request service, she never appeared to care, took forever with anything she did, didnt bring napkins, which we had to go inside and get, waiting for her to come back for the bill took 20 mins.

We get fish there every once in awhile and am amazed by the lack of manners of the owner who seems to be the only one serving and taking orders these days. Not a thank you nothing spend 10 or 30 no thank you kiss my foot or nothing. Sort of ike the "souop nazi". She must be very very unhappy.

The new owner has ruined the place. She made the incorrect change. Then when called on it got very defensive and angry. Turns out she DID make mistake!! No "Im sorry" or anything. Will NEVER go back. Will when they get a new owner.

Delicious Food, drinks from the bar, seating inside the fish stand, seating outside at picnic tables, and seating in the bar. ATM inside the bar. They do not accept debit cards to pay for food and drinks.

The ONLY reason that I didnt give it 5 stars, they seem to allow non-service dogs inside........ soooooo we had to listen to a barking poodle during our supper. Otherwise a great place for fish and fries.

This restaurant has a new owner. Same great fish, but now with pleasant service. Restaurant is getting a remodel and for now, so the dining experience isnt the best currently, but the fish is amazing!

Great atmosphere and the owner is nothing but awesome! Stop by for a beer, either for what youre used to or for something new on tap. Definitely try the jalapeno hush puppies at least once.

My family has been going to Otts for years and years. I stopped in tonight and was appalled by the behavior of the owner. Rude, nasty and unpleasant. I think Ive made my last stop for fish.
