Everything about this breakfast/lunch cafe is excellent including the friendly service, the cleanliness, and the quality and quantity of affordable menu items. My personal favorite...The Garden Omelet with potatoes and homemade biscuit! The chef is always happy to add extra ingredients. I highly recommend The Fat Spoon to those asking about a great local restaurant. ENJOY!

I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich. I asked for different items on the chicken. And it was done just as I ordered. Bacon, Jalapeño peppers, cheddar cheese & BBQ sauce. The salad dressing that I chose was "Blackberry Basil vinegarette. Awesome- Home made. This dressing should be packaged & sold by the pint. Our server was Jessie. We will be back soon.

I order breakfast for the office about twice a month and we love it. Office favorites are the Fat Spoon omelet, eggs nola, and the fat spoon stacker. I also get lunch a couple times a month. The burgers are fabulous and the price is right!! Ill even ask to substitute a chicken patty for the burgers. Theyre always happy to accommodate!

Food good. Waitress good. Sat down at table on Saturday at 10:05. Food came at 10:51. That is a looonnng time sitting at a table. A couple with a young child (who was amazing) next to us left at the 40 minute mark. They should tell customers when crowded it could take 30-45 minutes for order to come out.

This place is awesome. We got our food very fast and it was superb. The owner is very nice and actually cares. The staff is hard working and friendly. We will return. The food was amazing. I ate there today. I was a regular but they just lost me. They charged me $6 for a cup of gumbo , this is ridiculous. Nice waiters anyway, This was my last time there after eating there one time by week.
