Excellent!!!! Tommy is such a delight to deal with. He doesnt have to ask me my order & it tastes delish every time! Hes super nice & we chat every time I visit. I always see him treating other customers the same way. He deserves a raise!

I understand when pregnant it can be difficult to work. It doesnt give the right to give bad customer service! Be more polite, regardless your circumstances. Never have I complained about a Starbucks until now.
