Every time I have gone into this White Castle it has been filthy. The floors have got garbage all over them, and the tables are sticky. I have never been in a White Castle that was dirty before. I was in there during a slow time and still no one was out cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors. I do not go to this White Castle anymore. I know a friend of mine has called corporate office two times and still it hasnt been cleaned up. I guess no one really cares!

Food was really fresh and great flavored. Only complaint was the Manager was working the burger area in her street clothes because the staff simply wasnt keeping up. Out of a staff of six that we saw she was telling them step by step everything they needed to do. She was the only one there moving at a quick pace. Because of that it took us about 8 minutes to get the two meals we ordered.

Good...grew up with whitey one bites ....but I remember the castle being clean enough to eat off floor....believe me I would not have my dog eat off floor or tables...mention dirty floor to counter they looked at each other like not my turn to do that..needless to say after 15 minutes no one came out to clean either the smooshed ketchup mess or the tables ..Carry out next time........

amazing !! they made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in the door . they all worked together I really dont see that happening too often at other resturants . they made my order perfect the the girl listened to my order it was a special order for the kids at school. thanks cheers to all the hard workers at this white castle in Mokena !!

My family travels nationwide and we always manage to hit this WC about 4:30am. My wife HATES it, but the kids are always willing to wake up for early morning Whiteys. Trust me it is really in your best interest to stay within a short driving distance from rest stops, you might need a lot of toilet paper ;-)

Service is always slow but the staff is typically very nice and courteous. And if you have a taste for White Castle you have a taste for White Castle what can you do? But they seriously need to update their processes and serve their customers faster.

I havent sat inside a White Castle in a long time. It was clean, and well-stocked with condiments. Decorated for the next holiday too, which happened to be Valentines Day. Service was fast and friendly.

They found a way to burn French toast sticks. I bit into my waffle slider and my lips were full of grease. At least they didnt burn my hash browns. Which was the only thing that was edible.
