A ramen shop in Yorktown Mall? I had to try this for myself. Right off the bat, my impressions were mixed. The people working there were helpful, but almost TOO helpful. Ive eaten at Mitsuwa’s Santouka and Ramen Misoya, Im no stranger to ramen. They came across as almost condescending in a way, as a result. On the other hand, they do offer broth samples, which is nice. I decided to give it a try and came away thoroughly unimpressed. As another review stated, the broth is flavorless. The toppings dont do much to help, and the noodles didnt have a very appealing texture. Perhaps Ive just been spoiled by the rich, savory tonkotsu broth at Santouka, but honestly, Maruchan instant ramen has more flavor, even if that flavor is mostly salt. Id say go elsewhere, but this area has no other options for ramen that I know of, unfortunately. Unless maybe RA Sushi or Kyoto Japanese has started offering ramen, but I dont think they do.

Who New a sushi bar in a food court could be so good! I had the Sushi and Sashimi platter. When I first saw it, I had doubts. But everything was prepared to order...sushi and sashimi. It was awesome! I ordered Miso soup as well. It was okay. It had corn and seaweed, but no soft tofu...that was a bit disappointing to me. All in all I say try this place!

Good food and good service! They have very good quality ramen and fresh sushi. I never eat fresh sushi like them. Try some special rolls which are super delicious! They have special offers for special rolls in Tuesday. You can buy one special roll and get 2nd one half price!

The short ribs ramen is filling but the ribs had a off taste instead of grilled marinade taste. The sushi are big but dont have the authentic Japanese taste. The best thing was the green tea which is high quality.

Ramen is soooo good! I recommend trying their Shoyu ramen with pork bbq meat. Also eating space is large (its on a food court), no lines, parking is free and ample. I kept coming back for more!

Got #3 broth and it was very tasty. Noodles are packaged so they are OK. Over all pretty good. a little pricy for soup but filling.
