I highly doubt I will be revisiting DQ on university again after tonight. It started off with going into the drive thru, with a few people ahead of me, no issues. Once I tried placing my order I was told to hold on two times, which I assumed the cashier was new, or the first job shes had so I didnt really mind. But my the third time of trying to order and it being wrong it had become annoying... After paying she stated to pull forward and theyll rush the food out to us at 8:32. After waiting for about 5 minutes someone walks out and hands me the large Julius, and said have a good night. I stopped him and said that there was also two sandwiches, and a snack melt, he apologized and stated he would go get it. Well, a few orders later different lady came out and asked if we ordered a kids meal, and something else in hand, but it was for the car behind us. She said she was sorry and would make it fresh for us. A few orders later as well as being yelled at from another car that was behind me due to not being able to pull out because of how far forward she had pulled, and 24 minutes later, at 8:54, a third lady came out and handed us the food was ordered at 8:30. Im not one to be easily annoyed nor do I enjoy even contacting corporate, owner or even a manager but there is a serious lack of communication and training within the store that I believe needs to be looked into.

The last three times we have been here the same thing happens. We order our dinner and blizzards then drive up to the window. They give us the blizzards and then ask us to pull forward. We sit for 10 minutes waiting for our burgers to come out. In the mean time our blizzards have melted to the point where they are just liquid. We have to take them home and put them in the freezer. This has happened to me 3 times. It is not an isolated incident. Why does it take so long to put together a simple order ( we ordered a cheeseburger meal and a double cheeseburger meal)?

Pro: This location consistently delivers the same level of customer service at every visit. Con: That level can only be described as subpar at best. The obvious lack of desire to properly train employees clearly demonstrates that customer satisfaction and retention is not a priority. A major reason this store remains open is by virtue of foot traffic due to its close proximity to the university campus.

10 minutes wait to even place the order. Another 5 minutes to translate the order. 15 more minutes for them to incorrectly complete the order. Not even sure, until I can check my bank, what I was charged. It could be $8 for 4 meals or $68. Not my 1st time to this DQ, but just long enough to forget the last messed up time I was there. I need a slap in the face if I ever think I want to eat here again.

Honestly Im with everyone else. The staff is very rude and will literally yell at you if you just ask them a question. Honestly that GM needs to be moved to another position or just let go. Order was correct, fries were a little undercooked not a biggie for me. Cooperate really needs to address this store and Im surprised its still around even being a fairly newer store.

I love DQ first off, and eat it often. Saw this one when I was in town and it looked new so I thought it had to be good... It was not. Me and my boss both got sick, worst DQ Ive ever been to in my life and I travel at least 5 times a month, Id rather one built 30 years ago that is Roach and rat infested then eat at this one. Beware of the burgers here.....

Food was good but very disorganized brought us sundaes before food . They walked all over dinning area with our food and other peoples food asking if this was their order. They need a number table identification system. Manager finally intervened and had them take ice cream sundaes back until food was served

On multiple occasions Ive been in their drive thru lines for upwards of 20 min with only 5 cars or so in drive. When I finally get to the order box Im lucky if I get any kind of human to acknowledge my existence after waiting another 5 min. Wont go back to this DQ ever again on University.

Chicken was overcooked and dry, but the taste was pretty good. The burger order was wrong and didnt taste good at all. The fries are unseasoned, but cooked perfectly. The lemonade was on point. And part of our order was missing. But it was crazy cheap, so whatever.

Absolutely WORST service ever. 20 min wait because they are short staffed at noon on Saturday. Not enough help in kitchen but managing to put cakes out in freezer and only one cashier. Chicken sandwich was good and fresh but onion rings were awful

Ohh buddy I love me some dq. Favorites include oreo blizzard and pretzel sticks. Worker was a little sassy to me one time but Ill give benefit of the doubt because it was free cone day and they were out of cones so she was probably pretty stressed.

Most DQ are notably slow with service. The food here was good and they did apologize for my wait. I must add it was noon and I was the only person there. I had time to wait though, so I didnt mind it for quality fast food. Thanks

Got a chocolate extreme Blizzard. But 2/3 of my cup was just white ice cream. Not to mention the lady did not give me correct change back and I had to ask her for the change. They were rude. Just a bad experience.

DQ is the best restaurant to take ypur family. It has amazing dairy products, a kids menu, specials, and awesome food. DQ also participates in school events and activities. I LOVE DQ!
