I have had poor experiences there. As have my peers.The staff is commonly not friendly, they always seem grumpy and not very personable, even at varying times of day. Every single cup of coffee I buy there is either far too bitter, burnt, or watery. I normally get the Pike Place roast, and occasionally a Blonde Roast, and add a little sugar and cream. On one occasion, I was there later in the evening with a couple friends, and they came out to offer us a couple cake pops that they didnt sell that day. Although generous, they were undercooked on the inside and disgusting. I am currently avoiding this Starbucks, and go out of my way to give my business to the Lake in the Hills location. (Where I am always treated very well, and receive perks just as any regular customer would) I do enjoy the atmosphere inside this coffee shop, with some historical Huntley pictures on the wall. Also nice always having Huntley Police Officers in and out. I hope you have a more positive experience than mine.

Ive gone here many times, and almost each time has been a disappointment. in the beginning of this location, the crew was amazing, outstanding customer service. But now they chamge baristas every two weeks, the quality of the product is nowhere near worth the amount of time you have to wait. The drive through for this location takes longer than any other, at any given time. All in all, if you can, dont waste your time and money on this place.

This new Huntley location not only exists, it is a great Starbucks store! This only recently opened a few months ago and is in a little strip center near some other stores. It isnt exactly where the Google Map points to but is a block or so away. It actually looks like it is on 47 since the stores face 47. They back up to Princeton and you have to turn onto Princeton to get into the parking lot.

Every time we head out the city, we stop at the drive thru. I love how everyone is so friendly, Ive never had a negative experience with any of the baristas. I specially love when Ben is at the window, hes amazing and just so nice! Coffee is always right, will continue to stop here every weekend.

Nice and clean place. Clean fresh toilets (yes toilet this is important as not all coffee shops take care of this). Really nice furniture inside, cozy atmosphere. Great people great service. Im giving 4 stars only because of area where it is located but it isnt their fault

Have gone to Huntley location simce the day it opened,and was there at least 4x a week,nevrr been disatisfied,the baristas know me by name and always say hi to me as they are making my drink,Ben and Josh,are awesome,always have something nice to say. LOVE MY STARBUCKS! !!!

I loved this location, I was in line for like 6 minutes for two caramel fraps and when I got to the window she Young lady told me no charge since the line was long which I didnt mind but thanks guys.
