Location is nice-very close to my house-I also got through the drive-thru line quick enough on the first day they opened as well. I do not, however, like the way they set up the parking lot to get to the drive thru. I understand why they probably did it that way-(to decrease congestion from the busy grocery store nearby), but it traps the people that are parked if the drive thru line get long-(as it tends to do frequently). I suspect they will be making another entrance or exit soon as I forsee this becoming an issue quickly

Ordered my drinks and sat down. After the 3 people after me got their drinks I was worried. But I waited for a few more minutes. Finally I went up and I asked the cashier about my drink order. She asks the batista if he had my order. He didnt. She asks if he remembered what we ordered he did. A little while later we got our drinks. No apology from any member of staff. While I was waiting no one ever asked me if I was waiting on anything. Bad costumer service.

There are Fruit Flies everywhere!! I am not exaggerating at all I can not work with out a one landing on my face. As I asked politely to take the trash out because this is where they are all hanging out. She said thank you for letting me know and then followed to short me about an 1/4 of coffee and that including whip cream. If this was a non expensive coffee house cool but its not I came here and paid 5$ for a very annoying experience.

My favorite to go to drink at this store is salted caramel mocha frapp- venti.but today it wasnt good at all. Runny and watered down.and I walked in to get it I usually get it thru drive thru. I have been coming here every other day for my coffee since the store opened this year.im afraid to say if it continues like this I wont be back.store wasnt busy today only two cashiers and they werent thrilled to be there.

My husband got the midnight mint mocha frap and they didnt make it right. Ive had it before at the Starbucks on Keesler and the one on popps and pass and this one didnt taste very chocolatey. The drive thru lady was not very friendly either. Im from Seattle, this place shouldnt call itself Starbucks.

Well, my hazelnut latte was watery. Also, their drive thru menu is placed after the order microphone. I couldnt drive up, look at the menu and then ask the people behind me to backup so I could place my order. It doesnt make any sense. Anyway, lesson learned. Shouldve went to Coffee Fusion.

Great location and the inside is nice but as of now the service sucks. Orders are often incorrect and the staff always seems annoyed when you bring it up to them instead of apologetic, and the remake drinks are half-assed. Ive never had service this consistently poor at a Starbucks before.

Horrible. I asked them to remake my drink because it was horrible, they remade it and it was horrible again. Also, I stopped going and I decided to try them again a couple months later and they were "temporarily closed" in the drive thru. By far the WORST Starbucks probably in the world.

1st and last time I will visit the Ocean Springs location! I always go to Java Joes and will continue to. Met a friend today for coffee and was not impressed at all. The staff was rude well all except for the sweet cashier. I prefer my small hometown coffee joint over this fancy chain.

Definitely need some retraining. Service with a smile and friendly attitude is nonexistent. Ive been there three times and they got my order wrong on all three occasions. Think I will stay at Finest Grind for a while.

Kali is my fav Barista! This Starbucks makes you feel special! They make sure each drink is made to your liking or they make it just the way you like it! Very pleasant to deal with! Not like some rushed drive thrus.

I am not very impressed with this Starbucks location. The service is slow and my coffee is usually made wrong. I prefer Finest Grind or Java Joes over this location in Ocean Springs.
