I had a very poor experience at the store in Ocean Springs..The main doughnuts I went in for ,made a special trip from Biloxi to ocean springs.. Chocolate Galzed Donuts and apple fritter or something apple filled.. I was told they do not have anything apple in the store??? Then ask for chocolate glaze and was told they didnt make any today .. They made a special eclipse chocolate donut.. Not what I wanted at all... I Ended up buying 1 assorted dozen of donuts to get home and them not even be fresh... Very disappointing

On vacation and saw the "hot now" sign. The kids were so excited. Upon the first bite we could tell something was off. I asked if they were made on-site. They said no this was a taco bell and not big enough for the equipment. So they are shipped over from Gulfport and rewarmed. I can honestly say I have never had a bad krispy kreme experience until now. And the milk was warm. So disappointed. The 5 Hot Now signs are very misleading. While they are technically hot they are not fresh.

Do NOT support this branch of the franchise. Upper management abuses the employees, all of which whom are hardworking and kind individuals who want you to enjoy what the establishment has to offer. All of the faults cited on these reviews are on the managements behalf and are not under the direct control of the employees. Prospective applicants, DO NOT WORK HERE. A little wait anywhere else is definitely worth your time. Pass on any job offers for this store. You wont regret it.

Donuts were stale when I ordered dozen Easter donuts. Also, they broke down espresso machine for cleaning mid day which is a closing procedure. Manager said that was standard procedure but espresso machines do cleaning cycle at night. Get your coffee at southern grounds. Their stuff is fresh baked and espresso always pouring.

We stopped because we saw the "hot now" sign that was mentioned previously on this site. Even though we were skeptical from the other reviews we continued on with our quest to get some hot, fresh donuts. They delivered. No complaints here. A+

The donuts here are not as good as the one in Gulfport. The glaze easily breaks apart from the cake. Sometimes the donuts are stale, too. Its almost like the donuts are shipped from Gulfport, and they apply the glaze later.
