My sister and I had a horrible experience at this BK. They couldnt get our order right no matter what. The cashier was polite and got our order correct on the receipt, but that was where the accuracy ended. They brought us two Cherry Icees, and we had ordered Coke Icees. I pointed this out and they fixed it. When our food arrived, I took it to the table. Upon unwrapping the cheeseburger, I discovered it had no cheese. I went back to the counter and told them, showing my receipt. The guy at the register took my receipt. I waited five minutes at the counter before getting a new cheeseburger. I went back to my table, thinking itd be right for sure this time. I was too optimistic--it still had no cheese. I was too annoyed to go back up a third time. The burger also wasnt hot and neither were the chicken fries. Usually, they burn the chicken fries at this location. I wont return to this location anytime soon. The staff doesnt know how to work together as a team and need serious training to get this BK up to speed.

This Burger Kings staff is very rude. The server at the drive thru on the evening of 7/6/2016 laughed at me when I was being indecisive while ordering. The team member continued to laugh during the entire drive thru process. Even the manager was laughing at me. When I polite waved goodbye when my food was ready, the server was still laughing at me. This Burger Kings staff does not know customer service and this is a disgrace to Burger Kings legacy that these employees would harrass their customers. I am never EVER coming back to this location as long as the staff here is so rude. These are other nearby Burger King locations so you can avoid these uncouth team members: 111 East Irving Park Road (Streamwood, IL) 1660 Irving Park Boulevard (Hanover Park, IL) 840 West Army Trail Road (Carol Stream, IL) Once again, I will NEVER come back as long as these team members harrass their customers.

This burger king is absolute trash. Not exagerating, just trash. My brother who was driving had a social disorder and he was indicisive about his order and the employees were laughing through the microphone. On top of that when he made his order they said"ight" you call that service? When we go to pick up the food the woman at the counter(latina around 20 yrs old) was laughing the whole time we were taking our food. And my brother being his usuall polite self waves good bye and the employe( if you can even call her that was laughing too hard to even say goodbye back. And the worst part is the manager was laughing as well?? This is outrageous i want this restaurant to burn for making mockery out of someone with a social disorder. If you read this. PLEASE re post anywhere you can please guys this establishment needs to pay for this im going on strike ill go eat dirt before i go back there.

I went through the drive through at the BK at the corner of Barrington and Higgins in Hoffman Estates, IL. They had me park to wait for the order, which took forever; I began to think they had forgotten about me. When I got home and went to eat it the only thing they got right was the shake. The double whopper I ordered was a single. And for some inexplicable reason they gave me two jalapeno chicken fries and three oreo cheesecakes, when I had only ordered one of each. And they overcharged me (presumably the charge was appropriate to the food they gave me, which I hadnt ordered). What they gave me was so wrong it was truly bizarre. That was my first time back to a BK in a long time, and they really blew it. I will never go back.

Ok, thus burger King is TERRIBLE! I was very excited that we would finally have something other than a McDonalds nearby, but after 3 purchases from this location, its safe to say I will never be going back. The food quality has been garbage ever single time and my order has been messed up 2/3 times. Cold, cardboard like chicken fries and normal fries musty tasting burgers, soggy vegitables, I could go on for awhile. Their food taste like everything has been sitting out all day or night. Its actually pretty disturbing. Thank you Burger King in Hoffman Estates for ruining my appreciation for the Burger King frsnchise.

Incredibly bad customer service. Ended up waiting in the Drive Thru Parking Spot waiting for food for over 15 minutes and they never brought our food out Went thru Drive Thru . Order a Chicken Fries Meal . IT TOOK 15 MINUTES ! they asked me to pull ahead cause the fries were not ready which is normal but they TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT US . we had to go inside and remind them we were waiting and NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA !!! they had to prepare my order again and i finally got on my way. Clueless teenagers working here . cant wait till it goes out of business and we get a place with better customer service.

Not sure if the issue was new staff or just unorganized staff, but we did not get our entire order until about 20 minutes later, so you can definitely take the "fast" out of fast food. We were not the only ones with issues either, the people before us had issues with their order and two other people walked in and walked out 5 minutes later, because I dont think anyone even took their order. The staff were apologetic, but overall it was just a bad experience. The good news, when we finally got our food it was fresh and tasty.

Bathrooms nasty, main dining floor slippery and nasty. Stood at the counter for over 5 min waiting for a cashier to take order, all I wanted was a small coffee, walked right by and went to drive up and took care of them first, even though i was standing at counter longer. Walked out, never placed order, went to McDonalds instead

Manager Joe and Staff customer service skills really suck, the "manager" Joe instead of apologizing for staff being rude and having an attitude and making me wait to get my food after the two people who were after me gave me excuses and gave me attitude. Really bad experience dont think ill ever go back.

VERY GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE A GUY NAMED THAT STARTS WITH THE J i believe it said justin or john and his short but TODAY AROUND 9pm he took my order and offer a lot of ur great deals you guys had!! Even asked nicely how was my day going but i will be happy to return to this restaurant :) :)

Food was cold chicken wasnt properly cooked. Worse part was the chicken sandwich I bought when I bit into it I was able to pull back skin from the chicken. Yes I called in about this. Just be careful because I go to this Burger King a lot and this is the first time that ever happened.

Just stopped in before going to work. Ordered the 5 for $4 with an iced tea plus 2 more deluxe bacon cheeseburgers and a cherry icee for a co-worker. Got my bag and like an idiot dosnt check it. No good for my co-worker and the icee was all liquid plus no straws. Great job guys.

This has to be THEE WORST BK location ever. I have tried several times since this establishment opened to give them a pass but ............Totally unprofessional, food is overcooked, burnt and cold. Tear it down and start over!
