I spent THIRTY FIVE minutes in the drive through of this location last night. When I finally got to the window the guy just gave me my total. Not a hello, no "sorry for the wait" or anything. I asked for the manager. I was told the "managers" name was Adonis. So far this location has TWO Adonis as managers. A male that works in the daytime and a young woman at night. Thats odd. I told the young lady that I had been waiting a long time and she just needed to comp my meal. Less than a $10 order. She refused. She never once apologized. There were THREE customers inside sitting at ONE table. There were at least 5 or 6 employees in the building. What were they doing??? The "manager" even threatened to call the police if I wouldnt leave the drive through window. Im definitely calling the corporate number.

Absolutely the worst service ever!!! Not unusual to wait in line for 30 minutes BEFORE giving my order, and then the guy asked me how am I doing today?? No way to back out of drive up lane, must sit and wait the entire time. Got out of car to see if it was busy inside, and all customers were either still standing in line or sitting in the booths, waiting for their food. Happens all the time, always the same excuse, "my work crew all called off today". Never anyone at the inside counter, you have to wait for someone in the kitchen to notice you are there and then they ask "do you need something?". Was recently remodeled under new management and the place is actually very attractive, but unbelievably bad service, bad management, and I will NEVER EVER go there again.

I had a great experience here. First time in, working down the road. Came in, ordered, and had my food fresh under 5 minutes as I was back on the road. Good was cooked properly, and everyone was very friendly. They made sure I had my order taken because an employee had seen me standing there and was not sure if I had been taken care of yet. Everyone said welcome, please, and thank you so Im not sure what all the negative comments are from. If you expect great authentic Mexican food then youre in the wrong place already, and if you spend a dollar on a food item, do you really think it will be premium? I think people expect too much these days. Get out of your ivory towers, come back down to reality and realize where youre eating before commenting so harshly.

Many years ago, I loved this Taco Bell. However... Quality has gone downhill. The place is dirty inside, tables are full of waste, not just one or two, but all of them. I have to wipe my own tables down if I want to dine in. Service is slow, if I order a taco with no lettuce, itll have lettuce. Sadly it isnt just this Taco Bell, it is slowly becoming all of them. Ill get a taco with barely any meat or cheese, and a quesidilla with barely any creamy jalapeno sauce. I hope someone from management sees these negative reviews. Its becoming a joke. If you do go, do not pull away from drive-thru until you check your entire order. They love to forget to put items in your order

5 Stars for the crew working 7/25 at around 11:15am Usually when we visit this store, the "construction" of the items are very poor. XXL Burrito is usually a soup rolled in paper. The quesadilla cut by a blind paraplegic. And any crunchy taco is soggy and usually had the extras(tomatoes lettuce etc.) on the outside. Among other things. Everything was perfect this time around. I honestly think I had the best made Meximelt I have ever seen. Please evaluate your other shifts and fix it. If this store continues to perform below the bar that was just set I will choose another.

Stuck in the drive thru line for literally at least 45 minutes which was enough time to watch employees almost beat up a customer who was also stuck in that line whos order they messed up, only to realize they messed our order too by the time we got home (although did a quick check and thought it looked okay). They lock the door early and ignore you if they see you trying to get in with an obvious Taco Bell bag full of an incorrect order. This also happened to my wife and I the last time we went to this location. Unbelievable! Never again!

We were the only customers in the drive-thru and we waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes to get a #11 which is 3 Fiery Tacos with just meat and cheese only, a large lemonade and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. We got home with my sons order and it was wrong. His tacos were just the plain Doritos kind and they were stale plus we were missing one of our cinnamon twists. Now the killer is look at the pictures and see the tiny amount of meat in his tacos! Oh yeah for napkins they put 2 of their hand washing paper towels in our bag!

if i could rate no stars, i would! this is by far the worst taco bell! my husband went through drive thru and while he was ordering the worker was huffing and puffing. as he pulled into the cashier window he said something and she said sorry. he comes home only to find that our order was totally wrong! so he made a phone call and told them that they messed up our order and this "manager" says to him "youre speaking to the wrong person like that! im the manager." Then do your goddamn job, idiot. Youre a manager.. at a taco bell.

Well unless Im wanting to wait 25 minutes in a short line only to get to a window, drive away and find my order is wrong, then wait another half hour, Im not happy with it. More than half the time Im either missing silverware, a food item or something I asked for, or I get home and my food either tastes like crap or looks like it (like the one time I had a potato taco that was literally like they forgot half the taco, and it was just 5 burnt potatoes with a drizzle of sauce. I dunno how this place is still open.

Just went. Seriously, Im eating the food right now. I dig the promotions that they do. $1 this, that but it is affecting the quality. Which, was never that good in the first place! Plus Im a drive through guy so talking to the pot head that the window is never good. Guy tried to give me the change and dropped all of it. I said its cool and then he asked me to repeat the sauce that I just asked for. Morons in the window, food is getting worse pretty much sums it up. Peace

Very disappointed. Ive been coming here for years and these past few months theyve been messing my up my orders and to putting less products in the chalupas, quesadillas, & soft tacos.... I usually come at night, co workers yelling at each other, cussing, just bad employment. Dont even get me started on the wait in drive thru. HORRIBLE. Staff is horrible, wait is horrible, messed up food order horrible. Avoid this place. Last time coming here!

My experience here was horrible. The cashier was arguing and yelling at the manager in the drive through window. It took 10 minutes to get my food and when I got it the bag was ripped like they had been fighting over the bag. The drink machine was down and the cashier was very rude. I just asked for a refund. I paid with my card but they gave me cash back as a refund. I will never ever patronize this taco bell again.
