Terrible terrible terrible! Ive never been so disappointed with Baskin Robbins. The service was bad and the girl told me she didnt know what kind of cookies they had on the counter, yet made no effort to find out. The milkshake I ordered had absolutely no flavor other than drinking a glass of milk and was very liquidy and when I questioned it she answered sarcastically that its a milkshake and thats how they make them. I may as well have been drinking just milk and shouldve just stayed home and not wasted my money at this lousy Baskin Robbins. This is probably the worst review Ive ever written. So disappointing.

I wanted a fudge caramel Sunday. Unfortunately the employee that looked like he just got out on parole, couldnt figure out how to work the caramel pump and just said "its broken". Guess I look be going somewhere else from now on.
