I was pretty disappointed in the service overall. The hostess couldnt find a waitress to help us and ended up becoming our waitress. The table next to us was filthy from the previous customers and it took almost an hour for it to be cleaned. Our own table was very sticky from what Im hoping is a cleaner of some sort. It felt like it was dipped in syrup. We ordered appetizers and they were ok. The beading on the fried pickles overwhelmed the pickle taste but overall the breading was good. The cheese curds were decent and when the food came out it was exactly like we ordered and tasted great. Our hostess/waitress was very forthcoming that they were having a few problems that night (we didnt ask for details as it was aparent) and gave us coupons for our next visit without us saying anything which really makes me think this is an isolated incident. Overall the food was good and the staff were trying to help as best they could but it wasnt the best expense Ive had. Because of the coupons and our hostess/waitresses positive attitude I will give them another try down the road.

My experience was not the worst, but certainly not the best. It took a while for my server to come my table, which had crumbs on it from the previous patron. My server was nice and took my order diligently and answered my quesyions I had. Even though the restaurant wasnt that busy (a few people in each section but by no means full) it took thirty minutes to get one burger and chips. The chips were great, but the meat of the burger was questionable and not evenly cooked. I asked for medium-well and there were pink on the edges. Also, there were toppings that came on it that I specifically said I did not want, to which my server admitted "Im sorry, I didnt think of it." Overall, the quality of service and food amounted to simply okay. There were good points and bad which equalled each other out. I will give it another chance because their menu has lots of great options.

Do not eat here!!! - My family and I ate lunch here on April 7th, 2013. Although we all ordered different meals, we all became VERY sick approximately 2 hours after. And that sickness lasted for about 48 hours. While we are not doctors, we honestly think we had food poisoning. The meals we ordered were a burger, fried fish, and chicken fingers. This is the only food we had consumed that day. We believe that maybe the food wasnt prepared properly or stored correctly. After this horrible experience (and I mean HORRIBLE!), we wont be eating at this restaurant again.

My wife and I went on a Thursday night and found the food and atmosphere exceptionally good. Waiter was kind and attentive without being intrusive despite having a trainee at his side; the beer selection was good; the wait time was short; the prices were what wed anticipated. She had their take on the PB&J, brie cheese with caramelized onions and black currant jam; she said it was the best PB&J shes ever had. I had fish & chips; the coleslaw was perfect, fries were nicely done, and the fish was superb. Well come back again.

This is a hit or miss place. Some days the food is good, some days not so good. I sent a message via their website to reserve a table for 9. Never heard back, so I called and was told they rarely check that but they were pretty open just come in. Visited this place in the summer of 2016, took them 3 times to get our steak order right and finally just did not eat because he could not get it right. And this was supposedly a "seasoned" chef!! The restaurant is beautiful though!

Not terrible, but slow service...Friendly waitress...Food was NOT very good...The "award winning fish" was as flavorless as Ive tasted...My bun on my fish sandwich was so stale it cracked apart...Potatoes and tartar were good...Cole Slaw was awful. Fish tacos about the same...Mediocre at best...My daughter enjoyed her veggie burger...Cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance all lacking...Sure not what it used to be...must be in need of new management/ownership...Disappointed.

It was my first time there last week. The food was scrumptious. I cannot wait to try something else. Also our waiter was a great guy and very friendly. I wish I could give five stars, but I felt that there was a lack of cleanliness. The table wasnt wiped, the bathroom had no toilet paper, and the floor needed to be swept. I feel like they were easy fixes. Maybe they were busy or the staff wasnt being as attentive as they should have been that afternoon.

Not impressed WHATSOEVER. Who knows where our waiter was half the time, he was never helping us! We had to ask a different waiter for drink refills. A small Jack and Coke (I mean small) was $6, and the food was absolutely nothing special. I disliked my baked mac & cheese and the bathrooms are one person. Will not be returning here.

This place has that "chain restaurant" feel, even though Ive never encountered a second location. The service and the food are both alright but the prices seem a tad inflated and the personality of a true Irish pub is just kind of lacking. They do have a nice outdoor seating area and occasional live entertainment.

went for dinner about 430 pm, hardly anyone else in the restaurant at this time... our party had 11 people... food took over an hour to arrive, waitstaff seemed to keep stalling for time. food quality very mediocre, something that could easily be got for cheaper... wouldnt bother going back.

Aisha provided fantastic service and was very personable as well as knowledgeable about the menu. Ive only been there twice and she definitely helped me find items that I truly enjoyed and the management really seemed to care about the customers experience in many ways

This place was not very good. The service was not good. He purposefully shortes me my change. Fish and chips was by no means "award winning". Burger was ok. Not seasoned very well though. Table was very sticky and we had gnats flying around us for most of our dinner.

This place is the best! My husband is British and we go there often, the food is excellent!!! Highly recommend the fish and chips and chicken curry. Also, the beer selection is great! Atmosphere is great also, its like a proper pub which my husband loves.

Great atmosphere. Amazing service. After a long day of site seeing in the greater Chicago area our kids were tired and whining; our waiter brought our cookies and did a simple magic trick. We were able to enjoy our meal. My wife loved the meatloaf!

I came here years ago. I have to say the first few experiences were great. When I came back recently I was extremely disappointed the food was greasy and bland. I dont think Ill be coming back. This stinks cause I love Irish food.

For a chain restaurant this was tasty and affordable. Service was good, though it did seem rushed. They offer a lot of variety beyond the classic Irish fare, and offer something for everyone with dietary restrictions.

It is an excellent 5 star Irish pub with very good pub food. The burgers, mash, sweet potatoe fries and other pub fare is as good as those get. Anyone looking for French cuisine or Italian should go elsewhere.
