Apenas acabo de regresar de comerme unos tamales en compañía de mi hijo. Ya van varias ocasiones que yo he estado en ese lugar, y el servicio y la comida estuvo bien, pero el dia de hoy todo estuvo pesimo. Pedi mis tamales como de costumbre y la senora la que es de Guatemala, me tomo la orden, no había mas clientes mas que mi hijo y yo y aun asi se tardo mas de lo normal, y aparte de eso los tamales estaban fríos. Cuando nos los trajo nos aviso desde el mostrador que ahi estaban nuestros tamales y nos los dejo sobre el mostrador. Después le pregunte si tenia atole y le pedo dos y tambien me los volvió a dejar en el mostrador. Nunca voy a regresar a ese lugar. I have just returned from eating tamales in the company of my son. There are several occasions that I have been in that place, and the service and food was good, but today was all bad. I ordered my tamales as usual and the lady who is from Guatemala, took the order, there were no more customers than my son and I and still it took longer than normal, and on top of that the tamales were cold. When she brought the tamales, she sat the tamales on top of the counter, and she told us, that there were our tamales. Then I asked him if she had atole and I asked her for two and she also put them again on the counter. That was very rude and the food was cold. I dont think Ill ever come back to that place.

Last dollar Ill spend here. Was disappointed with the service here. They should have someone who speaks and understands English. We ordered a three tier birthday cake that was $101.00 . my wife had so much to do for this birthday party then she goes to pick up cake and was not offered any help taking it to the car and after I showed up and got the cake 10 minutes later they tell my wife about free local delivery.

This place is terrible they are always out of everything. I Asked for cheese fries they told me they had no cheese after 20 minutes of waiting, then in a second occasion I asked for gorditas and gave me sopes. The meat was not well cooked and cold, and to top it off they have expired drinks in their fridge. Customer service is terrible as well. I dont think I will ever return to the place.

I never had a problem, until a birth cake im writing this with constructive purposes, so guys in the store be carefull and check cakes more often the expiration dates,other than this excellent!
