Our experience tonight was not good at all. Server took our order all written down, waited 20 minutes to get our salads which the server forgot until I asked for them. Server came back to the table 20 minutes later asking what we ordered because she couldnt find the ticket. We finally told her to make it to go and the cook wasnt happy because we heard the server say it wasnt on the ticket they just changed their minds. We ordered the 3 course meals and she packed our food up and never asked us what dessert we wanted so we had to have the check out girl to get it for us. We got home to discover that our cole slaw was missing. This was not our first experience with problems like this. It was very aggravating. Pretty sure it will be a while before we go back. Not happy campers tonight with the service.

We come to visit our son and stay at the hotel across the street from here, so this makes it convenient for us. It took about 10 minutes to get a table because it was packed there. I wouldnt go there if you are in a hurry, for breakfast. We had an amazing server. She was very attentive and helpful. They forgot something with my order, and when i rememebered, she took it off my bill, and gave me a 4.00 off coupon for our trouble. My husband went up to pay the bill, and said the server was great, the manager at the counter looked shocked, and said they get alot of complaints about her. I was surprised at that. The food was delish and we will be returning on our next visit.

Worst experience EVER. Jasmine should not be a waitress, not a hostess, not a bus person, in fact she should not even work at this establishment. She was an embarrassment to the manager at this location. The manager is nice but she needs to have a better hold on the people working there. We went in sat down, waited 20 minutes for drinks. Finally got drinks, waited another 20 minutes to order. They brought out soup and then we didnt see Jasmine for another 20 minutes. We were there an hour and a half we almost walked out 3 times but they would bring us the next item just as we were preparing to. We are very easy going people but this was just CRAZY.

Over one hour. Gave one star for seating us right away and one because I liked the candied bacon. After the drinks arrived and the order was given at no time did the waitress come to check on us for refills on our coffee or teas. The food was prepared in shifts with one order of eggs and trimmings sitting for over 20 minutes while the other orders were being made. Once they were done they sat for another 10 minutes until the waitress returned from wherever to serve them. It was then she asked if we wanted refills. Had to ask for the check. Had to ask for a receipt. Until someone posts of a great experience will not be going back.

Hubby and I got seated in a reasonable amount of time. Our server never came to greet us, so I went to host to see if we could get acknowledged by a server, we were sitting at table for about 10 minutes. Larryce tookcare of us, shes a wonderful server. She deserves a raise or a promotion. Food was good. Berry tea was delicious. It was about 2 weeks ago that we visited.

Good food and service. Price per plate is also decent. Usually the food arrives quickly with approximately 10 to 15 minute wait depending on how busy it is, although it has taken over an hour once. Good place for family breakfast. No organic options available. They are flexible with ordering and will let you change things up.

The girls at the counter ignored me when I went to pick up a carry out order. The experience should have taken no more than 5 minutes...I was there for 15. Their broccoli cheddar soup is to die for though & they sell it by the quart for only $5.98!! ☺

Poor, very poor... Not busy all the tables were dirty and got the wrong food and my salad came after my meal. Manager stated that my waitress was on her last day of training and after I talk to the manager the waitress never came back.
