Suezee Homer...I had an identical experience last night, two years later and nothings changed. I go in and order the same thing every time, a shredded beef burrito bowl. Nothing to cook, just toss some ingredients in a bowl and Im gone. I understand at the end of the night you want to get your side work done. But is it really that hard to take 2 minutes to make a bowl? Eyes rolling in the back of their heads, shaking there heads with their hands on their hips...pretty sure it was the manager too because I see her up there all the time day or night. Close at 9 if 10 is too much for you. But I have a feeling they would still behave this way at 8pm as well. I walked in at 9:20 with no smile or hello from anyone. Literally turned away, washed their hands and then finally had enough wherewithal to greet the only customer there. Piss poor attitudes. I order twice a week...I wont be back day or night. Im sure that was their goal by the looks they give you. Thanks. (Bartender for 6+ years, Server for 10+ years...I know how it is, but my guests wont ever see it on my face and in my body language...especially working fast food...smh)

Food was OK. Service was terrible. The lady server that took our order wearing a pink (or light red) outfit on a Sunday evening was the rudest server Ive ever encountered. We were there with kids and had 6 items to order. It was not even a busy day. There was just 1 other customer in line. It was not just poor customer service, it was undisguised dislike. It reeked of racism, although she belonged to a minority (and so are we but a different ethnicity from hers). Perhaps, she assumed (incorrectly) we belonged to a religion that she did not care for because of our skin color (im only speculating here). She treated us as if we were complete morons and made fun us in front of everyone else. Unbelievable! Of note, the other two servers who completed the order and did the billing were perfectly fine, and tried to make amends for the first servers rude behavior.

Ive been going to this qdoba for a while and usually really enjoy it. Yesterday however I ordered a burrito to go and as I was eating it at home, I took a bit and something hard and sharp hit my cheek. I spit it out and it was about a 3 inch piece of wire. I immediately called up and asked to speak to the manager who didnt seem at all alarmed and told me to bring it in and theyd take care of me. Of coarse I dont want another burrito, I was so disgusted. I told her they needed to remove the food and check what they were serving and she said that it was probably just a price of the metal machine that chops up the Pico and it does that sometimes. I will not be returning. They are lucky me or someone else didnt swallow it!!

If you want to receive horrible customer service by teenaged girls with horrible attitudes, who have over an hour until closing but are still trying to rush you out the door, who basically throw your receipt to you and roll their eyes as if youre bothering them, who, after being told you havent been to Qdoba in years and didnt know the menu still were rude and impatient because you dont know what you want, and on top of that, food that is insanely high and didnt even taste good...then go to Qdoba in Collinsville, IL next to Walmart. Absolutely horrible experience. I will never EVER go back. Disgusted and I spent $26 on only 3 items. Ridiculous! My memory was refreshed as to why I hadnt been there in years!

Good food, random service. We frequently go here and the service can vary from the bare minimum to some of the best in town. The food is almost always good as long as the service takes their time making it and not just throwing together something. I do agree that the price can be high, the quality pretty much makes up for it.

First time at Qdoba in Collinsville. Bad experience. Bad employees. Not friendly and employee going back and forth with me on a question I ask..since it was my first time experience Qdoba it was not nice at all. Not sure if I enjoyed the food because employee was stupid and rude. Poor customer service!!
