August 2nd 8:15pm the lobby is packed the dr drive-thru is crowded the young lady told me it would be a 10 minute wait it is now 8:40 p.m. and I am still waiting for my too spicy thighs the young lady told me that they do not have any hot sauce nor do they have any honey and I am still waiting for my food that I have already paid for at 8:15 p.m. this place should be shut down how do they stay in business with this God awful service and while I was waiting the female manager came outside to her Jeep and smoked a cigarette while all the customers set waiting for their food she was in the back of the building sitting in her Jeep truck smoking a cigarette I wish the owner of this establishment could read some of the reviews that this Popeyes get daily they would probably be amazed about whats going on at this Popeyes on 95th Street in Evergreen Park

Some of the worst service ever. I walk in and there is a young lady on the clock that is arguing with someone on her cell phone at the entrance. The place is a complete mess. The people behind the counter didnt seem concerned that there were people in front of their face. The staff was rude to customers. They argued among themselves. I mean loud arguing with each other in front of customers. It was awful and slow and embarrassing. There are too many people that would be happy to have a job. This staff shouldnt employed. I dont expect a high level of professionalism when I go to a fast food place, but this was atrocious! I had to say something. I never write reviews, but WOW!

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 bonafide boxes. Turns out they gave our food out to someone else who came after us. They gave food out to 3 other people behind us until someone realized we didnt get our food. Ordered 2 pies after we got done eating and still takes over 10 minutes for them. I certainly will NEVER come back to this location. Cant believe how slow and unorganized this staff was. Oh and they werent even busy in the first place!! Ridiculous.

They are very rude n disrespectful the dont open up at 10:30 I was there at 10:50 then when I finally odered they didnt have anything at all no ice no drinks wings or nothing like come on the I called at 10:40 the manger answers very rude and unprofessional I asked dont they open at 10:30 she said "no whenever the girl comes to the window" like what they have to do better

This Popeyes chicken is the worst one yet. The workers here are goofing around and not doing their job. It took an hour to get my food because they werent making it until I finally told them to shape up. they are also yelling at eachother and joking around. in the middle of an Oder she got up and used the bathroom.

At 6:32pm on Jan,19, 2009 Martin Luther King day i enter Popeyes and there was no Chicken Ready i know they had a special for King Day but the workers was ARGUING and being rude using bad language. The supervisor started it and was real rude and when she left every thing went back to normal but the food was great
