Terrible. I have gone twice and both times it has been a nightmare. The first time it took about half an hour for them to tell us they didnt have the order and another half hour to get the food. You could tell they didnt care in the slightest and just wanted their paychecks. The food was only okay and for what it took to get it, it wasnt worth it in the slightest. They have two types of buns, white and wheat, and they were out of white buns both times. The second time around, we went and got the food relatively quickly but the same crappy service. Still out of white buns, and the food isnt anything good. I for sure am never going back and if my friends ever plan to go there I am telling them to avoid it. If you dont believe the reviews, just try ordering something and itll be the last time you go. Overall another hopeless fast food chain. Go to a real restaurant.

A disaster. They lost our order. Came to our table and asked what we ordered and how we paid. We told them. They brought two burgers 10 minutes later. One for my daughter was completely wrong. They left me with a burger. Neither of our fries nor our shakes. So we sit here with my ice cold Burger so far. Oh and they ran out of white buns. It is a burger Joint with two kinds of buns and they run out of one. Honestly. The worst possible service. Hopeless experience for two burgers and fries and shakes. Dont go here ever. Five guys is around the corner

Inexplicably slow. Just saw a cook yelling and walking out of the kitchen. One woman working here literally strolls when she carries the food out. It looks like she has practiced her slow indifference and really perfected it. A 20-minute wait and the store is 60% unoccupied, mid-afternoon. Food was not hot when it finally arrived. Avoid this location unless you have time to burn and arent very hungry.

I consider Epic Burgers in the same category as Five Guys and Shake Shack. That said, I really liked the regular burger I had here the other day. The restaurant is very clean and the service is fast and friendly. The booths are large and comfy as well. I tried the sweet potato waffle fries and liked them. But I prefer the regular fries. All in all, its a good burger at a good price!

It was a good burger (tasty & moist), not the best nor my first choice, but if youre looking for a burger & youre close by - I would recommend it. Service was polite but was forgetful about my order for a milkshake; which they also forget to mention was out-of-stock. Oh well, like I said earlier, this isnt my first choice but if youre looking to try a new place I would say, "why not."

Very pricey for a burger joint. If you appreciate high quality meat and ingredients, then this is the burger joint for you. Meat is remarkably flavorful with little seasoning, lettuce is crisp, tomato wasnt watery, bun was perfect. If you dont appreciate the finer side of food, i.e. grass fed beef, you will just be overpaying for a good burger.
