Went into this BK to treat a co-worker and myself to BKs two whoppers for $10 dollar deal. (2 whoppers, 2, 16OZ drinks and 2 small fries.) the clerk took my order very fast as I was the only one in line. Upon taking my order he gave me my cups in witch I proceeded to full using their coke Freestyle tower. Once I got my drink I refused how dirty the machine and counter around the slcoke tower was. The lids were literally laying in a pool of old coke and their was no actual trash can near bye; unless you count the floor and countertops as one. Once I got my food I brought it back to my job and ate it. Unfortunately it wasnt to my expectations, burger and fries were tastesless and veggies seemed soggy. Almost as if the burger was put together and then put into the microwave. I will most likely not visit this location again. Very disappointing!

The food is bad and very long waiting time after you oder homeless people use it as a shelter and if they don t like you they call a female security they just hired very rude ask her to go the bathroom and she gets aggressive and wants to call the cops l.fell asleep and was to told to leave no other reason given . Even though there were at least 8 other homeless people allowed to stay be careful not to fall asleep and dont even try to ask what you did wrong also dont question her if she is security she just gets more upset and tells you to go to subway they open at 4:00 am not true subway opens at 7:00 am

I went there today and ordered typical burger King fare. It was not anything special, just what I expected when I decided to go there. What really disappoints me though, when I attempted to login to the wifi first with my laptop and secondly with my cell phone, I got a shocking message. The message said in effect that this location would no longer provide wifi!!! No wifi WTF!! If this holds, I am no longer a customer at this location! sad.

One of the handful of depressing fast food establishments in Evanston. The staff are usually pleasant, but for some reason they regularly seem to mop the floors just before noon so the entire place smells like dirty mop water. Lighting is consistent in places and the self-service station for lids and ketchup is awkwardly laid out, adding to the impression that the management isnt too interested in customer experience.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Having worked in fast food during my early years, I understand the awful pay and zero benefits. But tonights experience was the worst in Evanston, IL. What a joke. I should have recorded the absolutely rude cashier as he interacted with guests. It shocked me. Trust me, management may not care, but customer (lack of) loyalty sure makes a statement. #burgerking #haveityourway

WE ATE THERE NOVEMBER 12, 2016 ABOUT 1:56 PM ORDERED AN ORDER OF 20 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS AND THE NUGGETS HAD MORE DOUGH THAN CHICKEN. THEN WHEN I GOT HOME AT 5:00 PM OR 6:00 PM I STARTED FEELING BAD STOMACH CRAMPS AND FEELING LIKE I WANTED TO THROW UP. I CALLED THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THEY GAVE ME ALL THESE EXCUSES SAYING EVERYTHING THERE IS FRESH. :-/ I WAS SICK FOR TWO DAYS ALMOST THREE.

Food made to order on a timely basis. With respect to made to order, nothing is cheaper.or more convenient.Where else can one get 3 pancakes for 89¢ at 3:00 in the morning. Extremely well run given its late night/early morning customer base, which is homeless (all of whom are well behaved) and NU students, many of whom are drunk and rowdy.

One of the slowest Burger Kings to ever exist. Late at night its filled with a combination of homeless people and drunk college students, because its one of the few places open 24/7 in Evanston. TIP: If you want to avoid the smell of homeless people stay away from the back corner by the bathrooms, as thats where they all hide out.

Though the security always treats you as though youre drunk and also braindead, the conveinence of this 24-hour Burger King can not be understated. The food is similiar to that of any other Burger King, but it tastes so much better when I can have it at any time I want.

The most watered down coke Ive ever had. It seemed like it was all water with a few tablespoons of coke mixed in. Just nasty. I would have greatly preferred just water. Probably making more money by ripping customers off.

I used to despise this place bec of the last 2 managers. They were always extremely rude and at times racist. Since they were fired its so much better. The food SOMETIMES could use an upgrade when its slow.
