Ive visited many restaurants based on Google Places reviews, and I chose to go to Pints based on the (mostly positive) reviews. 2nd to worst dining experience Ive ever had. My girlfriend and I went there for the Monday night Bears game. We knew it was going to be busy, but our server simply ignored us for a long time, we were not even offered menus until about 10 minutes later (we had to ask for the menus). The Bears game was on but the speakers were playing an MLB game for over 10 minutes while everyone complained. When we finally got our food and our beer, our server gave us the wrong flavor of chicken wings. My girlfriend and I knew she was busy, we decided to let it pass. However, things kept piling up, small things from forgetting lemons on the water or not bringing any napkins, to getting charged $18 for a pitcher of Fat Tire, despite being advertised as a $9 domestic beer pitcher night. Our waitress simply ignored us most of the time. Granted, she had several tables to attend to, but she made no apologies or acknowledgements I gave her the lowest tip Ive given to anyone ever since high school (an 11% tip). I know my girlfriend probably still gave out her usual 20-30% tip, but I for one was very disappointed. Theres another bar/restaurant literally 50 feet away with Bears flags flying around. We shouldve gone there instead. You should too.

Great food, great location but very low quality service... A couple of friends and I sat at one of the tables next to the bar, after about 20 minutes of waiting one of the waitresses approached us to ask if we wanted anything to drink, 10 minutes later we got outer beers. We decided to order some food, which didnt take long to be served (that was great), after getting our food nobody approached us to ask if everything was ok or if we needed something, we had no silverware, no ketchup (this is a bar, we got bar food, we needed ketchup) and none of the staff members cared to check on us. The bar wasnt too crowded for us to be neglected the way we did which is a shame because the food was great and I would like to come back and eat here again but after the bad service we got we wont be coming back again. I hope the owners get to read this, this is a great place with great food but the treatment we got from the staff makes me give it only 2 stars

The menu is fairly basic. A variety of burgers and sandwiches with your standard bar type appetizers. The food has always been tasty. The real treat here though is their beer selection. They always have a great variety of craft beers on tap, and they keep them rotating. And by variety, I dont mean just 5 different IPAs. The actually have a wide range of styles. Add to that nice a great staff, and youve got my favorite bar in Elmhurst.

If youre in the mood to catch a game and have a beer with friends this Irish Pub will do the trick. Its a little dark as far as lighting goes but not too dark that any other pub would be considered much lighter. The staff is always friendly and they have a large beer selection. The location is great to come here for a couple and walk to the next place for dinner if you want something other than bar food.

The food is better than most of the bars in Elmhurst. I like craft beers and specifically dark beer and if your looking for a place in Elmhurst for that his is hands down the best place. They invite in breweries on the occasion like revolution brewery which is cool also. The inside is nice, but they have a huge outdoor covered patio which is where its at.

I work right next door and order all the time, the Legends Chicken Sandwich is probably one of the best things I have ever had at a restaurant. Service is great, I usually pick up my food within 10 minutes of ordering it. Working in downtown Elmhurst, I have a lot of food options but this one takes the award.

Drinks are good. The servers are great. The bartenders are knowledgeable. The beer garden is nice year round. The only thing I dont like is that recently the menu changed and the new food items suck. Like pot roast nachos became cardboard nachos with a pinch of pork that tastes bland and costs too much.

Most recently went here on a Monday. The service was very slow. However, Ive been there other times and it was slow then, too. Ive never had a waitress who seemed to be happy to be there. The beer list is pretty good and their food is standard bar food. I just wish the service was better.

I love eating here, when its not busy. They are known for getting a little TOO busy sometimes, but thats just a testament to the great food here. I usually stop in on tuesdays, the bartender Alisa does a great job and the food is always right on. Thanks Pints! good luck!

Not a bad bar really, but the drinks are exorbitantly expensive here. 2 Jagerbombs (short pour too) @ $12.50 is kind of outrageous for a bar in the burbs. Beer selection is pretty good but even those arent priced right.

One of the best beer selections in Elmhurst. Decent, cheap bar menu. Good place to watch a game, except that the size and shape of the space makes it fell cramped really quick. Ive always had good service here.

A pretty good selection of beer, everything from local micro brews to the bigger places like new Belgium. They also have a full bar and a full menu with some really good food on it.

Had the poutine and it was so rich and delicious! Also had a fruity beer that was recommended by our waitress (I dont remember the name). Sat outside, inside was pretty loud.

We were the only ones there at 11. Waitress was too busy chatting with other co-workers than to take our order. We had one drink. No tip left. Will not recommend.

Slow service at 2 in the morning when the restaurant is empty. Took 20 minutes to take our drink order. Dont cine here if you dont have alot of time to waste.

Good big 10 bar, nice burger selection. Good sweet potatoes fries too. Glad to see they added the outdoor seating area in recent years. Worth a visit!

Just another suburban sports bar, food is OK, mostly guys and big televisions all around. Patio can be a nice respite from the usual crowd.

If you use a high chair, youre best bet is out in the beer garden. Great beer selection. Decent bar chow. Fun place to take kids.

Very classy bar. Get some Not Your Fathers Root Beer on draft if you are into root beer. Its around 11% alcohol and taste great.

Food isnt really great but the beer selection is the best in the neighborhood. Really chill place and not bad pricing either.
