Worst service and quality I experienced in Milwaukee! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and a honey Weiss beer. The waitress brought the wrong beer twice (the bartender agreed the beer was not what I ordered and said the keg lines in the basement must have gotten crossed) and the chicken breast had been cooked so long ago and kept hot so that it had the consistency of some sort of chicken paste. Our waitress then disappeared (maybe a shift change at 7 pm?) and when we finally got another employees attention to bring us the check, she had charged me for the mispoured beer that had been immediately removed from the table after I told her of the mistake. I literally took one sip and gave it back. After 10 minutes or so to get the extra beer charge removed, my wife and I left a 20% tip on our $47.22 bill. I am only leaving this review to hopefully spare someone else from a lousy place to eat and perhaps notify a manager that they need to tighten up. I cant believe this place is in the Hilton. Weak!

Attending a conference in the hotel, we were stuck for a place to eat lunch. Wheelchair bound, we nevertheless tried this restaurant, and were pleased with both the meals and the attentive service. While the seating was not really appropriate to our needs, the staff made every effort to a accommodate us with different chairs and help navigating the menu. Seeing our difficulty getting into a booth, our waitress Jennifer mentioned that she was a physical therapist in training, and she immediately found a practical, inconspicuous solution to the seating dilemma. All the fish entrees, salads, and sandwiches we sampled were very good, as were the shoestring fries. The staff was also quite patient when several persons at our reserved table were very late in arriving.

Litterally had the most embarrassing rudest moment in my life. I chose this place do to friends dining in a few days earlier. Me and entourage arrived and was met with gorgeous faces and smiles. We sat down and was greeted. Then we waited about a hour to get our food. After we ate our luke warm burgers with no fries because our waiter forgot we ordered fries. So once we finished eating i tried to pat for my food with my marcus gift card and was denied. I was yelled at, forced to pay with cash even though they sell the same marcus gift cards. After going out to the hilton hotel and bringing the manager from there who tried his best to help was still told no. The manager from the hilton tried hard and was denied. Very Rude

A great sports bar! My wife and I stayed at the Hilton and ate here during the first night of our stay. We booked our table via the OpenTable app and were seated promptly upon arrival. The menu is what you would expect for bar food, but was upper tier for quality and presentation. The beer selection was great, and included a number of seasonal and micro brews, not just Miller products. The TVs were in good spots and we could watch sports without having to crane our necks. Our second night, we popped in late for a beer and dessert. The dessert was great and was out very quickly. That night they had a live band playing cover songs by the front entrance.

Super glad this place was open so late after The Killers concert. We were exhausted and very hungry, and we still had to drive back to Chicago. It was 11pm, the place looked full and we were worried we wouldnt get to sit down and eat; we were wrong. We had the friendliest server, Jason, who was on top of our orders, making sure our beverages were refreshed. The late night menu hit the spot - the grilled cheese and chicken quesadilla were the best we ate out here. Great service, clean bathrooms. You can tell they really keep this place neat. Will return again should we find ourselves in Milwaukee again.

Had a delightful dining experience today. Was staying at the Hilton and grabbed a quick lunch with some business colleagues. Did not expect such a pleasant experience considering how busy the restaurant was. Was weary that it was going to take a while due to the full restaurant, but the food was out immediately and cant explain how delicious it was. The best part of the experience was our waitress, Taylor. She was so friendly and down to earth, very knowledgeable about the food and gave us good recommendations. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Milwaukee.

Went into Miller Time Pub to grab lunch this weekend. The staff were friendly, but the food was awful. I ordered a steak sandwich and it looke like it was microwaved and had so much gristle that I couldnt eat half of it. Also wanted onion rings instead of fries - they were under-cooked and couldnt even eat one. Even better was the server didnt mention that it would be an additional $4 to substitute...

Had to wait for several minutes for a host to be seated. Then had to wait at least 10 minutes until we got up to get someone to take our order. We should have just gotten up and left but our room was upstairs in the hotel. We waited for just a touch over 20 minutes for our food. Food is eh..... take your money elsewhere! SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE!

I was double charged for my meal on 4/1/17. The meager I delt with at 1100 on 4/2/17 in regards to my double charge was extremely rude, unhelpful, and treated me like I was COMPLETELY AT FAULT. Grounds for termination. This is a customer service world that he obviously does not fit to work in. Telling all of my experience.

I walked in for lunch today and was immediately told to leave because I didnt have packers clothes on . The worst I have ever been treated in my life walking into a restaurant . I would LOVE to speak to the owner . Id give 0 stars if I could . By the way I had a yellow shirt and blue vest on . NO TEAM JERSEY OF ANY KIND.

Great bar/restaurant that we visit a couple times a year. Tonight we ordered the Juicy Lucy, which features cheese between double patties, but was completely lacking the "juicy" cheese. The burger itself was good, just extremely lacking in cheese. Would recommend having this burger where it originated, Minnesota.

The food was excellent and a decent beer selection. Beer selection however is mostly miller-coors with some other local brews thrown in. Mostly in bottles. Price was OK. About $75 for 2 people. One with a burger, one fish fry. 4 beers. So really a little pricey but the food was excellent.

Great food and service with an excellent drinks menu. The food is good and well worth it and for a location in downtown and in a hotel, the prices are not bad. Parking can be a hassle but given the location, it isnt too bad. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Curds. They are awesome!

Horrible went here after a Packers game served us our food and rushed us out the door. Had a party there 2 nights before and they ran out of food after the first half hour of a 3 hour party. Go to the 3rd Ward area along the waterfront better bars and just a more hip area.
