This Panera is not even worth 1 star. EVERY TIME I go to this Panera, they manage to get the order wrong. Last time, I ordered gorgonzola cheese on my salad (for an extra charge, of course) and they did not put any on it. I let the manager, George, know and he said I was able to receive a free salad for the inconvenience. He was really nice. However, I went there tonight and ordered Mac and Cheese. It took 15 mins to receive my order and the mac and cheese was COLD. I then spoke with the manager, Pandora (who is NOT equipped to be a manager!), who replied with "Oh yes, I remember you had a problem last time." & I explained to her (nicely) how my Mac and Cheese was cold. She then responded with, "Last time you had a problem, too." That is ALL she said. I responded with, "Are you trying to say that I am the problem here?" & she responded with, "No you didnt let me finish. Youre putting words in my mouth." Even though I DID let her finish, & she finished with "Last time you had a problem, too." She then proceeded to have the WORST attitude I have ever witnessed and walked away from the problem. She didnt refund me, she did not offer a free pastry, or SIMPLY APOLOGIZE. I feel terrible for the workers -- If Pandora can treat a customer so terrible, I can ONLY imagine how she treats her employees. She needs to go! I will NOT return to Panera because of the bad taste Pandora put in my mouth due to her lack of customer service and people skills.

I was treated terribly and had to wait 25 minutes for a half dozen bagels. The two attractive voluptuous women behind me were handed, by the manager, their food. When I inquired about mine he turned his back to me and walked away. I then waited about 7 more minutes until one of the nice Hispanic ladies who doesnt speak English gave me my 6 bagles. The food was great, but that was the first time Ive ever experienced sexism, and I did not appreciate it. I even tried calling corporate but after more waiting on hold I gave up. The worst part was that the manager looked like a slob, yet still had the nerve to hit on those women and not give two cares about my order. I will not be coming back to this location or any others for that matter.

I felt our experience today was extremely positive. I had picked up trash that someone had dropped from another store today in front of Panera Bread and finding no where to deposit it while going inside, a staff member was enthusiastic to not only show me where to put it inside, but took the mess from my hands and took responsibility herself. Good people...and smiled. The atmosphere was friendly. Every customer was conversation envolved, enjoying their meals, technologically engaged or comfortably enrolling their children into lifes responsibilities as was my partner and I sending beginningof another birth year greetings with bread of another color. A well spent period of an afternoon.

I had lunch here on monday and it seems to me that their portions became really small. I ordered the chipotle chicken melt and when it showed up it almost looked like 1/2 the sandwich was missing compared to the last time i ate it. Previously the sandwiches were in the shape two triangles cut out of a large circle. This time they looked like smaller square pieces. To make a long story short for the $9 and some change i paid for this sandwich i was very dissapointed and still hungry.

I went to panera to get a sandwich and some soup, I ordered a bacon turkey bravo and a broccoli cheddar soup to go from the pick two menu and I like panera and Ive been coming to this location for a while but this time I was really disappointed with my order. When I got home I realized that my cup of broccoli cheddar soup was half full. Paying full price for half of a soup isnt acceptable.

While I was eating there, I noticed these little flies flying around the dining area. When I finished eating, I used the mens restroom. It was filthy and disgusting and those little flies were all over the restroom, on the walls, mirror , garbage. Disgusting!!! The food was good but expensive and the rest of the place seemed clean, but the restroom was a pit.

I prefer this Panera over most of the others in the area. The staff go out of their way to help and I order the rapid order pickup a couple of times a week with zero mistakes yet. Its naturally lit and spacious. The only complaint is that the parking situation could be better but thats because they do a great job here and its always packed.

So a couple of months ago I would of give this place 1 star but the place has really turned a corner. They have the newest technology, you can order food right to your table via mobile app, and they bring your food right to you. In a short amount of time I went from reporting this place to recommending it. Dont listen to old reviews!

Nice place to eat, especially when you have work or studying to do. Free Wi-Fi. I appreciate the ordering kiosks when you walk in so you dont have to wait in line to order. They might want to reconsider the types of bread they use as the softer bread seems to fall apart very easily especially with wet ingredients like avocado.

I ordered a soup and when what appeared to be the manager gave me my soup, he noticed that my soup was less portioned than what it should have been, so he brought me more soup to give me the correct portion. I didnt catch his name but I want to thank him for his great customer service.

I prefer this Panera to the Addison Panera. I have never been served cold mac and cheese here, same cannot be said for the Addison location. The staff here is always patient even when you have a large order, and have a good bakery selection.

The employees are pretty young and clueless. The place is a bakery and they run out of all the good bagels super early which is beyond obnoxious. Other than that the food is pretty good.
