I have dined in at the Oswego location many times and every time I was extremely happy with the customer service. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face. I would hope that anyone that claims to have had a bad experience there would go back and give them another chance. The food tastes delicious and the atmosphere is casual and fun. I feel the staff is doing a great job, and I really love having Potbelly in Oswego!

Rude Sandwich maker. I asked for grapes please. Employee states it will be 60 cents extra. I said thats no problem. He grabs only 5 grapes. Typically they load it up with them. Still no problem there. I asked for them to be cut in-half otherwise they fly out. He looks up and says "Are you serious" like it couldnt believe he had to do extra work!

Terrible service. The "sandwich artist" behind the counter claims you cant say what you want on your sandwich?! That is the first time that has happened. Usually I get to say what I want on my sandwich before you just hand it to me and tell me it only comes with what is on it. Poor customer service!

The tuna sandwich was a bit bland this time and the employees are clearly still getting used to working with the app but it still was a pleasant experience. The drive thru was surprisingly quick even though there were several people in line. Ill definitely be back.

Ive bought sandwiches to go around 12 times from this location. All 12 times I was happy with what I ate. Potato salad is hit and miss but sandwiches are always the same. I get a Wreck most of the time with everything. And they have a drive thru which is awesome.

I love this place. The grilled chicken & cheddar with bacon and avocado is my regular order. Ive come here numerous times and the staff is always fast and friendly. The restroom is always clean too.
