I absolutely love this place! Nothing like stopping into my local Caesars to grab a pie! The hot and ready pizza for only $5 is a must have. I must say, I do prefer the pepperoni to the sausage.. but both are fantastic options! I cant say enough about this place. Did I mention you can get an entire pizza pie for only $5? And its ready when you walk in! No need to call ahead! I dont know how they do it! The staff is always delightful and willing to go the extra mile to meet all of my pizza needs. This place has it figured out, period. This place leaves me drunk on pizza, howling at the moon, begging for a few more slices!!

Customer service is RUDE. Went in to order two pizzas. Started my order - one sausage and one with ham and pineapple. The menu has very little on it. Woman at register says "Hold on, thats custom" - and walks away. When she comes back, we start again. I order the sausage and cheese, then the ham and pineapple. She says, rather impatiently, "We call that a Hula" - what ever. We look at the menu and see bacon loaded crazy bite. "We dont have those," again, irritated. Pizza was tastey once you got past the bad.customer service

Try to make an order over the phone when I called. They hung up twice and the third call finally a woman picked up said rudely that there too busy to and cant take any orders over the phone. Drove to the location. The cashier rudely said, "what is it that you want!" I gave her my order she acted very sarcastic and customers around me were stunned at this associate behavior. WORST Little Ceasars I have EVER been to. Service is slow, food is mediocre, and the employees are EXTREMELY rude! Called my order in 20 minutes prior to my arrival and still waited and extra 20 minutes only to leave with nothing but a refund because my order STILL wasnt ready. To top it off I asked the "manager on duty" for a number to cooperate and she gave me not only a fake number but a fake name to match. Please spend your hard earned money else where.

Called before I came, the phone rang about 50 times. I decided to drive there. Called just to see what reaction I would get and you guessed it no one cared. Nobody even attempted to answer the phone. While in line I witnessed several people that came in with orders they somehow where able to call in and there food wasnt even close to being ready. This place needs training.

I just called there, now July 25th 3 p.m, it rang 30 times, so I hung up my phone thinking it may be a glitch, I then re called the store, & after another 10 rings the individual whom finally answered, had no customer service skills and hung up on me when I asked a simple question he wasnt trained to answer. I will be discontinuing any further purchases due to this experience.

Always a wait, no line structure, bought food yesterday had hair in it. Says hot n ready, nothing is!!!!, Employees love chit chatting in back more than getting customers out the door or even hygiene. Parking is a joke, ppl park in handicap spots, and even in front of door when its not a parking spot.. lazy asses walk extra 50ft, make room for the fat youre going to eat.

Long story short, I ordered 3 best pepperoni. I went in to get them 20 minutes after my order. Guy called my name and realized my order wasnt finished. I went up to him 2 more times and my order still wasnt done. Overall, I waited 1hr and still didnt give me the right order. So I just decided to leave with the basic pepperoni pizzas. Horrible service and communication.

Very dissatisfied with this locations service. Dont get me wrong I love Little Caesars, but I always have to wait 10 min or more for a large pepperoni, is supposed to be hot and ready, and it never is ready, the owner here needs to let the staff know how to run this place better and faster, theres always a bunch of people waiting for their order.

I went in for the 1st time at this location. It was busy Friday night, but hands down the best customer service I have received in the industry. Murdock was working behind the counter and was going over the top to ensure a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work and service.

In a city, Chicago, known for pizza, this isnt the best by a long shot. However, considering the price and quality I come here often. Service is always quick and the employees are friendly. I was here twice today and will back before the end of the week.

The pizza is never hot and ready. Minimum wait time is 20 minutes. Trying to call in an order doesnt work since they dont answer the phone most of the time. Keep calling or set aside time to wait. But hey, its only five bucks, I guess.
