Great food but their customer service does really stuck. Im writing from my husbands account but Im a female and they are a bunch of female workers in their. Every time me and y sisters go in they give us a bad attitude and just stare with dirty looks. Not even a hello or how are you. Oh and another thing we once had some delivered and my husband found a piece of lint and hair on his slice of pizza how discusting. We called to let them know and they didnt even apologize or sound sorry. They acted like it was no big deal. Some advice tell your workers to take the stick out of their ass and put on a friendly face for customers or you probably wont last based on all these crappy reviews. Id rather go to colutas where their friendly and dont leave hair on my pizza. Thanks.

Es una porqueria de cervisio tardaron mas de 1 hora para dejar la pizza fria y cruda hable para quejarme y desian que no tenian a nadie acargo fui y ahi y estaba el dueño y para no hablar con el me regresaron el dinero asi que no recomiendo para nada esta pizzeria es una porqueria...

The food is good...the service in the front is just horrible..they got like 5 girls working and none are paying attention..besides being on their phones...i waited 20 min for my food after i order it by phone...when the food was already ready 5 min after i got there...just none of the lazy girls working there decided to look at the receipts until i asked for the second time...and they didnt even get my order right!...it doest take a genius to make talian beef deeped ..

I called today to make a order I been ordering here for years with my credit card the stupid ass girl told me that I wasnt in the system if I wasnt in the system why you mentioned my name and address after I gave my phone number?? And I couldnt order with my credit card and that it was my first time ordering from there and I couldnt use my card until I order there after the 4th time you have lost my business Ill just keep calling porettas they have better business

Tried to place a order. Wanted to pay with my credit card. Was advised after I placed the order that they require 3 deliveries on record before a card can be used. Since I didnt have cash order was cancelled and when I told the girl on the phone that policies like that are supposed to be listed on the take out menu she became very snippy and rude. The pizza on my first order was good but because of this I wont order from them again.

They have excellent pizza slices for 225 they serve ribs I have a whole menu for them which I will put post up its on Fullerton one block south of Cicero great because its open till 9 p.m. the staff is wonderful the staff is wonderful you can sit and eat at the tables or at a little bar on the side and look out the window and watch the people go by good food I used to make pizza best pizza Ive had in years

They have good cooks but your order takers are not good its been a couple of times ive order from there and they have gotten it wrong and when i call back they dont even know how to respond been meaning to call early to talk to the owner but hsvent had a chance but i decided to review it hopefully you get better service order takers or train them better and yes they sre rude two not happy.

Horrible customer service. Called to order a pizza told the woman that we are calling from a business and she kept on asking is it an house or apartment. She also ask for our number so we gave her the company number which is a 800 number and her reply was "what kind of number is that". Wow no wonder some business go out of business due to poor customer skills.

I order here all the time and I forgot my menu at my other house. I was shocked when I went in and asked for a menu with valid coupons and was told no! Apparently I could only get those when I do a pick up or get delivery what the heck! Forget it they lost my business and family members. What happen to customers first, TERRIBLE!

Been eating here for years and years. Wow at least 15 , wow time flys. The faces behind the counter change over time but the food does not. Good pizza and salads. Good sandwiches and frys. Order the cheese frys, they give you enough two or three. Overall good bang for your buck !!!!

Pizza and everything is pretty good, decent price as well. The only thing I didnt really like was the fact that they charge for refills, thats what really sets off the mood when youre enjoying a good slice of pizza, ran out of soda, and have to pay almost a dollar for a refill.

I spent $40 and did not get a 2 liter for free...A Medium Stuff w/sausage and a 10 pc bbq chicken wings apparently does not qualify for a free 2 liter pop..really need to up ur game..other pizza joint with way better telephone service can offer the dam 2 liter

It is the second time that i am coming to get some food and they are closing early... they advertise the clising at 11pm and the barely reach 10pm... they are cleaning the restaurant i front of you and most of the time to force you to take out your food.

Always a pleasure to come and get something to eat food is always fresh and the ladies are very professional and respectful!! I own a body shop a couple blocks away and this place always puts a smile on my face when Im hungry I do recommend highly!!!

Ordered from there all the time. I LOVE their cheese fries. But now, all of a sudden, they dont deliver to my house. I dont want cheese fries from the Cochiaros on Addison, I want the fries from the one on Fullerton!

Going to this hot spot for a good pie slice or other decadent selections, since I was carrying my daughter in 2002 Great Italian fast. And still under employ, the same delivery man since that 1st time.

I ordered two gyros well done, wasnt well done and a garlic bread extra butter. The garlic bread wasnt even cooked at all like they just put butter and wrapped it up. Wont be eating here any time soon

They offer up a good slice, fries, and a drink for under 5 thats a great deal, its a good quick option if youre ever on the run and need a pizza fix
