Moved to Chicago two weeks ago, knowing nobody in the area, and found a home at 2HQ. My three thoughts on 2HQ are: 1) FRIENDLY: Theyre the friendliest staff Ive ever met. You can feel the love the moment you open the door. Also, they have a fantastic story, which makes it even easier to support. 2) LOCATION: Prime location, and easily accessible! They are slightly tucked away into the Lakeview/Wrigley neighborhood, which means its the perfect "hidden gem." 3) AMBIANCE: Phenomenal culture. Not too crowded, not too quiet. Plenty of spaces to cozy up and read, or buckle down and get some work done. Music choice is fantastic. FINAL THOUGHT: As a self-proclaimed "coffeeshop connoisseur," this is easily one of my favorite coffeeshops Ive ever stepped foot in (Ive been to quite a few). You will NOT be dissapointed here.

Two Hearted Queen gets two thumbs up. Great coffee and delicious paninis. Their menu is a bit limited (three sandwiches and some pastries), but its a small shop so it doesnt take away from the experience. The interior is really cool and welcoming as well. The staff is uber friendly and seem to know the name of everyone that walks in. And the best part? You get to draw a card from a deck every time you come in... if you get the queen of hearts, you get some sort of prize. Very fun.

Best coffee shop in the city. Delicious and handmade, with a game that allows you to win a free coffee if you can find the queen in a deck of cards. Theres also a loyalty program. The seating area can get a little crowded, but theres usually a chair or free space on a couch. Really great vibes that make you feel like youre back in college (in a good way). Everyone is really friendly, too!

Awesome, unique, fun. Every detail about this place shows off its wonderful personality. The heart shaped sandwiches, the uplifting message in the form of a wifi password, and the pick a card to get a discount on your order, its all awesome. I would say a great place to do work, but dont ruin this place with your work computer, enjoy it!

Friendly, roomy, lots of seating options. You can print here, too. Right now Ive been here for maybe an hour and theyve had funk playing and thats my productivity/happy music. Theres a unisex bathroom, which Im into. The decor is nice but not overbearingly kitschy. Theres enough room to get a stroller through here, too.

2HQ definitely fills a void within a pocket of the Lakeview neighborhood between Clark and Southport. The owners are fantastic, and the beverages are prepared with a personal touch that re-creates what a true local coffee shop should be. I wish them nothing but success. Keep up the amazing work!

Cassandra and Cely are fantastic and never would allow anyone to feel unwelcome here. I only went there once and by the second time they remembered my name. Great staff, awesome paninis, fantastic coffee, amazing atmosphere and even better service. They have a fan and customer for life!

The owners and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The coffee is fantastic and atmosphere is wonderful. Open at 6am unlike any other neighborhood coffee shop that I have been able to find! Perfect for an early riser to find a great cup of coffee!

Their special coffees are five star - especially the Two-Hearted Queen. The blueberry muffins not so much. Owners need to ask customers not to treat the coffee shop as though it was their own personal office (talking on cell phones is very annoying to others).

The best coffee shop in Lakeview, hands down. This place has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is a lot of space to enjoy time to yourself, or hang out with friends. The coffee is delicious and the baristas are awesome!
