I just wanted to give a big thank you to Jerry this afternoon. 1/13/2014 Honest to God, I was crying - waterworks and all and tried to conceal with my sunglasses. Not sure if I succeeded. It was a bad day. I would have never expected to lose control of my emotions at a drive thru window. All in all, it was a terrible day and Jerry really made me feel a lot better. Pecan tarts were unavailable so I took a stab at a sort of almond/cheese danish. In case I didnt enjoy(Jerry and Russell have become very knowing of my love for the pecan tart), Jerry provided me with a coupon to redeem a free drink in the future. Jerry, thank YOU for making my day and many others prior to this one. Youre a star asset to this Starbucks location, along with Russell who always greets me with a smile, always announces my name at the ordering window, Jose & Evan just the same. Thank you so very much guys. Its no wonder why I keep coming here! Keep up the wonderful warm hospitality. Dziekuje bardzo Jerry!! :D

Horrible mobile order service. As I work not to far from this location I tend to make my orders here, however there has been multiple time when they ignore the customers. Today was the 3rd time in which they give me one less drink. They didnt inform me that i was missing one. I double checked and let the barista know about my missing drink. She was confused and obviously frustrated, as she had given a not so subtle ugh, she then proceeded to get the manager. The manager stepped out and let me know the reason I did not receive the other drink was because they were out of mango. They could have at least let me know so I can switch my drink or get my money back. Im not going to be giving out free money! Im tired of the way they treat their customers and the lack of professionalism presented in this establishment.

really bad service, sunday I went around 3 and they had the promotion going on where I buy a drink and get one free, they did not want to give me a free drink aksed one of the workers and said no they couldnt give it to me but I did buy the holiday and the promotion specifically said I had to buy a holiday drink to be able to get a free drink and that one worker said no I couldnt be able to get it. didnjt want to complain with them but they have really bad customer service. I wouldnt even give it a one star but the system makes me give it atleast one star.

Place is a piece of $hit. Everyone in there is a joke. New tall ugly a$$ manager acts like a 5 year old , doesnt know how to manage a store, has been working there for about half a year and still doesnt know how to make drinks lol, AND she also doesnt know how to spell LOL. Theres Cockroaches around the store due to the fact the store is a mess and also she plays around with customers breakfast sandwiches BAREHANDED!!! Dont miss this place at all. Nothing but gossip and a horrible manager. Im glad I actually left.

Really bad service. My friends and I made different mobile orders. Since the app didnt have what we wanted we called Starbucks and they never picked up. A couple minutes later, we sent our driver for our drinks and they were not ready and to top it off the baristas finally decided to call us back and ask what we had ordered.

My experience at this Starbucks suck !!!! Im always waiting longer than I should , they dont even pay attention its like Im a fly with no bagel . They have poor attitude towards people specially when Im trying to use my employee discount gosh !!! They need to be more friendly like the other locations . Dissapointed i am !

Been here a few times and not very satisfied With the greeting service and the taste of my drinks.not as consistent as other locations Ive been too. This one lady name Cathy very grouchy and not friendly whatsoever Hope they get assistance from corporate since they have a lot of people in and out.

Two star for trying cause Its understaffed and busy. Bathroom was very disgusting. No toilet paper some weird white substance on the floor the toilet brush was on the floor too as well as toilet paper. Very poo,r on keeping the store clean.

Great drinks but horrible atmosphere. The music here is distracting, loud, and obnoxious. So if you have work to get down, make sure to bring headphones to drown their stuff out.
