I would rate this as the best Polish deli in Chicago. They have a phenomenal selection of smoked meats, prepared Polish foods, and almost any packaged food goods you can think of (Polish kind of course). Their dried kabanos is amazing and perfectly spiced. They now offer dinner plates which were $4 last time I tried them. The plate is honestly too much food for one person but again the quality is unbeatable. I would say if you are not Polish though you may run into employees who get frustrated with mispronunciations and questions you may have but I think the food is well worth the trouble. Polish area market. Lots of ethnic food and catering. No bad price for a local store considering the big giant store take overs. Few american influence items like pop, pastas etc. This store mainly survives due to the fact of the ethnic line of overseas products that are priced very well if not better in some cases. Large selection of cut Meats in a hot bar in the back. Limited parking however they always seems to be a place to park or move around since Ive been involved in this place for the last two years.

Pros: Large selection of fresh Polish style (and imported) meats/deli items. I have to stress the FRESH part. Nice selection of other imported Polish products Cons: Size of the store - this placy is tiny. If you hold a 40+ inch waist you will have to navigate carefully through their aisles. During Xmas and Easter this place is packed beyond any reasonable limit. (CFD Chief would have a heart attack had he seen this place loaded with people at that time!)

The deli is really good here, it has an incredibly diverse selection. I wish I spoke Polish to break the language, but Ive never had trouble communicating what I needed with staff. They have a selection of European dry goods and some US branded items. The frozen and dairy selection is good too. They have a parking lot across the street Ive never seen full and street parking is also usually available. Its small so its easy to shop extremely quickly.

This is very small community deli store with wonderful polish bilingual speaking personal . Store has many variety of different ethnic food and of course their own butcher shop which supply every day fresh products. There is lot of demand for its products so please be patient and while you waiting for your turn have some fun talking to other shoppers . Friendly shopper. Zyggi

Larger than your typical neighborhood grocer, but definitely a smaller, boutique store which carries mainly Polish products, plus fresh produce. There is also a substantial deli and butcher counter, given the size of the store. For those who like hearty meals and generous portions, I dare you to find a better deal in the city: $3.99 will set you up with your choice of meat (such as pork cutlets or chicken Devolay) plus two sides.

Best shopping in the neighborhood. Specials on fresh fruit n veg every week, fresh bread, rye, french rolls, pastry, cakes, and paczki. The deli counter is packed with sausages, roasts, and all manner of chicken and cold cuts and cheeses. The prices are significantly better than Jewel. There is also a soup and salad aisle, all made fresh and refrigerated . I love this place. They had me at DINNER for $ 3.99....

Really small Polish deli, we used to go here every weekend for all our deli meats, cheese, juice, meat and other items. Now you have to be really careful when buying any type of meat here. Recently we brought home a nice pork loin only to open it and discover a rotten smell. I went back and returned it. We also got some chicken wings which smelled like bleach, obviously not fresh as well.

They are ok. Could be better if they would sell more fresh sea food, organic meats, and better quality fruits and vegetables. I live across the street but have to travel to another store because I cant feed my children tasteless, least quality vegetables and fruits. But they fine if you are looking to get quick dinner or ran out of milk, eggs etc.

They have a great deli with lots of fresh meat, but tends to have a long line of people. I agree with an earlier reviewer when he said that the produce section is fair and the general grocery section is decent. Parking lot is usually full... There is another parking lot on the other side of the street however.

Lots of good quality groceries. Best meats, and awesome baked goods. I come here all the time. No one has better quality ground beef. Can be a little bit pricey, but usually worth it. I love this place, and i think u will too.
