It has a great deal of Argentinean items even in the small place that they have. It is on the expensive side but they are the only ones providing it. If youre an Argentinean wanting to buy your Argentinean groceries from here, youre food budget will likely more than double. However, I definitely go there when I want a good tasting Argentinean prpoduct. The food that they make is okay, not great, but okay. The Argentinean restaurants do a better job of creating things that taste good for about the same price. But, as far as alfajores yerba mate, and wine you wont get as big a resource from one place in Chicago as this one. Definitely go check it out.

Really great food and selection of Argentine staples. The wine is overpriced compared to what you can get elsewhere but other than that its tough to go wrong here. The empanadas are great as are the little ham sandwich things. Be warned though if youre a Spanish speaker - and especially if you are or are married to an Argentine - prepare yourself with some long conversations with the owner! Great dude.

Small place, PAIN IN THE BUM to park around there at the wrong time of day, but they have at least a dozen different types of Yerba Mate Tea in stock at all time for a great price. If they cleaned up the front of the store a bit, got a sign that is easier to see when driving past, it would get a lot more business.

Extensive selection of Argie wine and other hard to find products. Good pricing. Best empanadas Ive had. The crust is heavenly. Owner Ramon is exceedingly nice and helpful. My highest rating three thumbs up!
