This location is a little hard to find it is on the south end of the mall and facing the police station. Did not even know it was here until we specifically looked for it. Tried the Patty Melt and the Reuben burgers from the chef-inspired menu. The burgers were good but not great. Not really gourmet, but you can customize by adding toppings similar to Five Guys. Had the Cajun Fries that were just okay. The service is really fast and the best thing about this restaurant is that they give 10% of their sales to community organizations such as charities, teams & schools. They also have a reading program for kids where they can earn a free burger for reading books. #CityExperts @GoogleLocalCHI

great casual service restaurant. fresh food made to order, table service is a nice touch. the Coke freestyle machines are awesome with way too many choices, but i usually get a handmade milkshake. the fries are fresh cut, and the cajun seasoning is my choice. the one price for a burger with any toppings rocks, and the "chefs choice" suggestions are always good. the fresh chicken fingers have a good seasoned light batter, and the sauce options are great, especially the bacon ranch.

We love Meatheads. Its incredibility reliable: never had a bad burger here, never had bad or slow service, its never been dirty. You give me those three things on a consistent basis and I am happy. You pick your own burger toppings and it is delivered promptly to your table. The only down side is a school nearby so dont go right when school gets out if you can avoid it. They do a good job of keeping a few tables open for non students but it can get loud at those peak times.

Having had Meatheads before they were in the city, I was uber excited to see they were coming to Chicago, and only a couple blocks from my house. Theyre super quick on ticket times and the food is always delicious. Theyll take special requests and always are friendly to deal with, on the phone or in person. The food is always hot and fresh and Ive never had a problem with anything that has been ordered. Thats a tough thing to say about a restaurant nowadays.

Had to drop two stars, didnt want to but the quality of the burgers has declined. Recently had a patty melt and a Californian and they were both way too greasy. Theres moist, juicy beef and then there is greasy beef, I know the difference and Im not just being picky. Maybe the grill wasnt cleaned recently, or that batch of beef was extra fatty, I dont know but something has changed. The service is still great, however. Everyone is nice and friendly.

Well I have had dined at Meatheads before but reason why I tried again was trying to compare it to Burger Point in Chicago,IL. The Burgers I hate to say are about the same quality wise. The fries too are equal to Burger Point quality wise. I still like Meatheads to eat here too. It is good place to go to too if you are by this particular location. The Wasabi cucumber sauce is great on your Burger if you order one. As well as Avocados.

Meat heads is a very good place to eat especially if you are waiting for someone, the food is good however somewhat expensive, if you are looking for a cheap burger I suggest burger King or micky d , the drinks are free refills and they are decent and the place itself is brightly lit, be warned though if you are taking out the wife and kids you are going to spend some money!

Best burgers in Chicago!! This place has amazing staff and great servers. THe food is exceptional THe burgers are mouthwatering and the fries overflow from their container. The only other place you can get a burger like this is from Five Guys. THe Coke freestyle machine is an excellent touch. 5 out of 5 will love.

Great family environment!!!!! Plus the food is very reasonably priced. You get to build your burger your own way with a bunch of toppings for no extra price (They do have specialty toppings for extra too) Fries are the best too...I normally dont order my own and share but this place I ALWAYS get my own basket!

I have been waiting for 20 mins for a chicken sandwich. Apparently it was misplaced somewhere. Im not sure how a whole meal gets misplaced. Its a very unpleasant feeling watching everyone at your table getting their orders and finishing their food before i even get mine. Im not coming back here again.

Great burgers and chicken sandwiches with some premium toppings. My favorite is Hawaiian (pineapple, bacon, pepper jack, BBQ sauce, fresh jalapenos). Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, spacious booths, great milkshakes. Friendly staff. Ive never had a negative experience here.

Incredibly family friendly and amazing customer service for a fast food restaurant. Food comes promptly and theres even someone that comes by to make sure everyone is doing ok after the food is delivered. Food is fresh, not too greasy and tastes good.

like an old dinner feel the meatheads is the right place for you. They have great fries expesally the plain. they give you many diffrent sauses to choose from. you can also mix diffrent drinks because they have a coke machine that has over 50 flavors.

Burger combinations for everyone. Intense flavor combinations on some of their specialty burgers or you can customize yours no matter you crave. They give you a ton of fries. I am glad they opened a Roscoe Village location.

Best burgers in town! I used to love this place called Urban Burger, left Chi for about a year, came back and it was gone! heartbreaking! but thank god for meatheads, very well made burgers obviously no bison, or exotic meats.

A surprisingly tasty burger! They load you up on fries similar to Five Guys so you can definitely share. Food is made to order & they have those super fun Coca Cola dispenses that can make 100s of different combinations.

Solid burger and fries. Its pretty customizable, so you can get your favorite combos to add to your burger. Plus they have that awesome coca cola machine. The workers are always prompt and friendly. Cant go wrong here.

This was a pretty good burger indeed! It was my first visit (no Meatheads anywhere near Tucson, AZ, my hometown), and they even gave me a discount as an introduction. Certainly somewhere Id be willing to eat at again.
