We got there and specifically told the waitress that we wanted to wait until 7 for the deals to start. She took our order and brought out 2 frozen beers then asked us to try them out or poor them ourselves to see if the beers were frozen. The menu was misleading and she did not go over the specials with us. The menu says "$.25 wings" so we ordered wings and she asked bone in or bone out. We ordered bone out. Mid you, this was only after we had to flag her down several times to get her attention because she had not come to check on us. Actually, we had to go up to the bar and order the wings because she kept walking past our table. We also wanted to play pool because it said for every round you get a free game but she said that she could not honor that deal unless we got a round for the whole table even though at that point we had ordered 3 rounds of beer. This was confusing. Finally, when we got the check it was not what we expected. The waitress did not even bring the check and I had to ask one of the other servers about the check and our confusion. he called TRACY over and she responded that I "should have asked." I reminded her that we made it clear that we had come to the restaurant for the deals and specials and she said that I should have asked and that "whenever a place serves both boneless and bone-in you should ask." I wanted to speak more about this and in the middle of my sentence she walked away. I did not even get the chance to ask her about the misleading menu. As a waitress/server she should explain the deals so there is not any confusion. As a MANAGER she should have handled the situation better because I called after and all she could continue saying was that I should have asked. I left my number on the receipt and asked for them to call and I have not received a call. I am very very displeased.

I came here for the Monday special on the New York Strip and I must admit its been the best tasting food orgasm ever....no A1 sauce needed!!! Its like an explosion of fireworks once that steak touches your toungue. Mai Tai Cocktails are well prepared! Chilled back atmosphere, great customer service, awesome upbeat music and the pool table is awesome. I cant wait for 25 cant wings special on Fridays!!!! Everyday Lion Head Pub has a special so if your near the area must come in and try it for yourself...i pspecie you wont regret it.

Great Lincoln Park bar. Love the beer taps. Its a great chill sports bar. The apartment upstairs is great for if you want to go dancing. I love the food too. Its your typical sports bar fare, but their french fries are to die for. I dont know if its the way they fry them, or the seasoning they use, but the fries are the bomb diggity.

Extremely unprofessional service. I am severely allergic to wheat and the bartender made me drink with wells vodka. I asked her to remake the drink with a wheat-free vodka and she became angry and refused to do it, while charging me for the drink that would poison me and make me severely sick...very disturbing.

Lion Head is a large space that does a good job conveying the pub vibe. The patrons tend to be the college/drunk/bro crowd though, so if youre looking for a wild time on a weekend during the school year, Lion Head is a safe bet. If you want a moderate English pub, you should look somewhere else.

College bar first and foremost, but a decent place to meet up with friends. Everything is standard with the drinks EXCEPT you can order a beer tower - essentially a 60oz cylinder of beer brought to your table with a tap on it. As well, The Apartment is upstairs and is more of a club. No cover.

I live right across the street from Lions Head and constantly go there. It has a really college-like atmosphere which i really enjoy. Its pretty loud and easy to mingle with people and meet new people at the bars. The drinks are decently priced and it is easy to get a bartenders attention.

Lion Head and the Apartment dance area upstairs is a great college and young 20s hangout. If you or your friends are looking for a fun time be sure to stop by and check out this place. You can start downstairs, pre-game and get warmed up and then head upstairs for dancing all night long.

Good sports bar. They can play audio for two games at once so we were able to watch different football games in the back, which was a treat. Nice, attentive staff, a good beer selection, and decent bar food (the grilled chicken sandwiches were really good). I will definitely be back.

Bars that cater to ditzy girls and frat boys are to be avoided, but not at all costs. Perfectly average wings are free here Friday 4-7, but come early, as the buffet etiquette deteriorates when the place fills up and there are vultures who will take the last 30 wings in one trip.

Went here for St. Patricks day 2013; there was a younger crowd than some bars on the same street, so the atmosphere was fun and a little more "wild" than some might care for. If you are looking for a party though, they had competitive drink specials and a lively crowd all night.

Good music. Crowd wasnt too social and open to meeting new people though. 1st floor features 2 areas with plenty of tables and chairs. 2nd floor has a nice zone for dancing. If you enjoy shouting, then this place is right for you when the music gets loud.

This is one of my favorite bars in Chicago. It is a cool pub downstairs that gets pretty packed on the weekends. If your looking for a wilder night, you can go upstairs to the dance area without even leaving the bar and no cover. Id suggest coming here.

Large, 2-floor bar with lots of room to move about. Several bars are located in the building making it easy to get drinks. Small stage area as well on the second floor. Music is always bumpin, making it a great place to go to with large parties.

Loved my experience here. Its a young crowd, and not super rowdy. The first floor bar is fun, the upstairs dancing area is fun and not too sleezy. Great vibe, great place to meet people. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Lions head is a fun place to go out and meet for drinks and dinner. The atmosphere is very comfortable and trendy. The bar was packed with younger adults, so if you are looking for a bar with a younger crowd this is the place for you.

Lion Head has everything you want for a weekend. Theyve got an upstairs dance area and a downstairs hang-out area. Their beer tubes are excellent and the service is pretty good. Whether you want to rage or relax, its a great place.

Best bar to chill during the week and pay next to nothing, especially early in the night. Lots of weekday specials like $1 tacos, $2 burgers and cheap / free wings. Lots of $1 PBR nights too, so great for a cheapskate like me

Great bar on the first floor, with great selection of beers and liquors, with some discounts and promotions some days of the week. It also features a club on the second floor, its a really fun to stay with your friends.
