Best Customer Service #30daychallenge #Chicago Five Faces How can these guys/gals track the orders of 50 loaded bar-hoppers at 1:00 am? You can get ANYTHING and get it just the way you want it, and fast! Plus, if you’re good and lit (like most folks when you stumble in) you’ll meet all kinds of interesting people while waiting for your order. No yelling like at Weiner’s Circle...and no place really to stand and eat it but that’s okay. You’re at Five Faces. Everything is all right!

I went there for my lunch and the first time I was there I asked the guy for some pricing on items with tax his answer was I dont know where I need to know the exact price because I was working with a set amount of my second time I go to the guy brings in a stack of money with a bunch of loose filthy change he puts it on the prep table and then after they go ahead and put the money in the drawer the other guy starts preparing food on it disgusting filthy very unprofessional

Went here after a late night out in the area and I have to say the food is perfect for a 2am snack. The line can be out the door some nights, which tells you just how good the food is. The staff is friendly and they get you your food quick! The gyro is one of the best I have ever had, and the cheeseburgers are always delicious. Definitely recommend this if youre in the mood for some good fried food

Ive eaten here for 20 years, mostly late nights after the bar. Not once have i had ice cream. The place is known for fast, greasy, comfort food. Same guys working there as the first time I visited. Great people watching the later it gets.

Why would you name this Five Faces Ice Cream Shop? They literally only have a chocolate and vanilla soft serve machine. THATS IT. everything else is hot dogs, gyros, burgers, etc. they should call thus place "Everything Except Ice Cream".

Even drunk you deserves better. All of the food comes straight of the freezer, and a lot of it doesnt get fully cooked. You will feel terrible the next morning, and it wont be because of the Jager shots (at least not entirely).
