Holy smokes you have to try this. Diabetics try the Elvis Presley! Quakes is a local business serving frozen treats. They produce and sell ice cream, frozen custard, and frozen yogurt. A "Quake" is a hand-mixed frozen confection with your choice of toppings. I prefer the frozen custard, as it has a rich, mellow taste when compared to commercial ice cream. There are no sugar added flavor available. During the week they also sell pulled-pork sandwiches from the Shed barbeque. These folks are friendly and will let you try as many flavors as you like while you search for your own personal creamy decadence!

To say this place is good is an understatement. This is the quintessential local ice cream joint for a small town. Sure you can go to a chain ice cream place like Baskin Robins or Dairy Queen but then you would not be supporting your local businesses. Now about the ice cream they serve... my wife and I are both addicted to their Quakes. Seriously, this place is legit. I could go to here nearly every night of the week (but then I would be 400 lbs). This place is the reason I exercise. I love Quake and I am incredibly happy to see this small business thrive and supported by its locally community.

It was a man in the window who took my order. He was very "stand-off ish" I paid for my order and upon him returning with my change I put my hand out for it and he bypass my hand right to the counter! That was very rude. If I hand you my money I expect for you to hand me my change! I could understand some people have issues with germs but that wasnt the case. You can put money in someones hand without touching them!!

They have an incredible variety of ice creams and shaved ice. Their ice cream is homemade and so creamy. The people are also super sweet. We were visiting and we needed to run an errand and then decided to have dinner but my youngest didnt finish his ice cream yet so we asked if they would be willing to hold it in their freezer for us until we got back from dinner and they did

Place is amazing! One of my favorite dessert spots on the coast! The owners are super friendly, always! Im usually indecisive and he tells me whats the freshest and surprises me! Always patient and definitely awesome in the customer service aspect! Love love love Quakes! The daily specials are cool too! Environment is awesome, good place for any age!

Not only are the custard and specialty quakes AMAZING, but the owner is generous and so kind hearted. Weve come here at 8:30, and he has served us and stayed past closing time for us to eat our ice cream on multiple occasions. Hes a very genuine guy, and seems to love what hes doing. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking dessert in Biloxi
