My now fiance and I went to DOC Wine Bar after we go engaged with her sister and her fiance. It was the most amazing experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and warm when it was freezing outside. They reserved a table for us and had the bottle of Zinfadel ready for us to celebrate. The servers were extremely friendly and fantastic and all congratulated us. We are from St. Louis but when we come up to Chicago again we will DEFINITELY return!!!

This chill little location is an ideal date spot in my mind. Wine flights are $10 on Sundays, Bottles are 1/2 off on Mondays, and they have a tiny room in the back should you want to have a small gathering. Seating can be limited and this isnt really the sort of place youd want to stand. . . Food offerings include stellar cheese and charcuterie lineups selected to pair with the wines.

Was really excited ro try this place but staff needs some customer service training. Tried to go here 2 different nights while visitimg LP. The website says they are open everyday until 2am. Both days we tried to go they closed at least 3 hours early. And there were very rude about it when we both called and tried to come in. Wont ever try to come here again and im in LP frequently

This place is a great find. Unexpectedly upscale food for the neighborhood, but the atmosphere is very comfortable. I went early on a weeknight with a friend and got in without a reservation. Great service. The burger is really tasty and reasonably priced. Delicious seafood too. I will absolutely go back again!

I love the atmosphere at D.O.C. Wine Bar; its nice and cozy especially with the fireplace. The drink prices are always reasonable. However, after eating there a couple times, the food is always just okay.

I noticed my mixed drink was served to me in a glass with a large crack in it. When I brought this to the bartenders attention, they made a new one... at full price. Paid for 2 drinks, only got 1.
