I like the ice cream here. I give this place 1 star, though, because some of the people they employ are very odd. They appear to turn over very quickly. I also experienced something VERY DISGUSTING. I ordered the equivalent of a hot fudge sundae. Ive been to this location many times before and never had a problem. I was disgusted and horrified when the young male Asian employee, who had spilled a little hot fudge on his hand, LICKED the hot fudge off his hand while still holding my sundae. He was facing me and not the counter, and Im quite confident he knew that I could see what he was doing. The employee ringing up my order (another young male Asian employee) witnessed the event, too. I was disgusted. This is a health hazard. If employees act like this in front of customers, what on earth might they be doing when others arent looking? I described this incident in a complaint I submitted on the Coldstone website. I havent heard anything back. Im guessing one of the employees involved (hopefully the cashier and not the hand-licker) is a manager or something. Great customer service, Coldstone! Seriously, go to Berry Chill instead. Its healthier and has better employees.

Like a lot of food places today, there is a lot of flash and pretty packages with very little real flavor to offer; so it is at Cold Stone. I had the ice cream without anything mixed in. The person behind the counter couldnt believe it! I found the ice cream above the cheap stuff in grocery stores but not worth eating, it seemed to have a lot of thickeners in it. I tossed my half-eaten cup.

Great customer service, attentive and friendly. My s/o forgot a cellphone and the lady behind the counter chased us all the way down the street to return it. I would have loved to have taken her name to specifically say who, but unfortunately I cant supply one. Facility was very clean and neat.

The ice cream is good... actually not today. The server didnt give me the right ice cream, nor the right size. He didnt put the ingredients, and he was not friendly. Usually its better than that. Well a little bit.

Tasty cookie ice cream thing -- about the same from Dunkin Donuts when u ask for a brownie under the icecream so I think the price is good for the amazing cookie u get. Tasty and my husband loved the mix he got.
