The first time I went, I ordered a Sausage and Egg croissant without cheese (Im allergic). They gave it to me with cheese and I had to go back and exchange the sandwich which is fine. Mistakes happen. However, the fact is that Ive been many times since then and I always order my food without cheese. Most of those times I have to go back because my order has cheese on it. No, they have never been rude when Ive asked to exchange my order which I appreciate but it is highly irritating to find that I cant eat my breakfast when Im on my way to work in Chicago. The amount of times this has happened is well into the double digits. I wont be going back.

Ghetto. They young lady behind the counter literally came into the lobby sat down, drank Ice coffee and took Drive thru orders while she sat and played in her iPhone. Wow! Why is your lobby dirty? At the end of the day I am a customer. So why Are you saying every swear word there is and having inappropriate conversation in front of customer. Very unprofessional. I love dunkin but I am disappointed of whomever hired her. I met a friend here and literally walked out when she showed up. Went to Richton Park location

Old manager let me go because i would not pay him money out of my check, he got arrested a month later for embezzling money, owner wouldnt give me my job back. go as a customer but by all means dont apply, more trouble then its worth, poor communication. very discouraging. I worked 10 pm to 6 am ALONE in SAUK VILLAGE very unsafe, worked 8 hour shifts with no breaks, did not follow legal work laws

WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER!!! Iwent there one time nd the donuts were rock hard then iasked for an exchange nd the worker said they dont do tht there. Iargued with a worker 30 mins b4 she gave me my money back. Also recently iwent therw nd they had NO donuts at all. The workers are disrespectful nd rude. Wouldnt ever suggest anyone go to this dunkin donuts. Waste of space

I dont get it!! This website says its open until 11pm. At the door it says theyre open until 9:00pm. its 8:40pm and theyre closed already. This has happened at many other locations. They need to get their hours straight.
