Ive been in here twice. The first time they were very patient with me. (I had no idea what I wanted and my kid wanted to try just about everything). They were awesome and it tasted great. The second time was today at 10:20. I went thru the drive thru and then pulled over to call them and ask if they were open. she said 11 in a very perky nice voice. I said aww dang it, I was hoping for a milkshake before I went grocery shopping. but thats ok thank u. she said are u outside. me: yes. She said well I dont have cash in the drawer yet but we can make u a milkshake. I said oh really r u sure. she said yeah of course. I said well awesome and Im paying with a card anyways. She told me to pull around to the window. She finished putting the money in the drawer and had the other worker start the milkshake. Took my money and I was VERY APPRECIATIVE. I told her how much I appreciated it and said that us pregnant ladies need our milkshakes when we need them. She laughed and just seemed like a very genuine person. Great experience.

The ice cream was good but there was profanity over the intercom in the drive through, when I asked what came on a certain combination the reply was "yo fu***kin monma" and considering I had my two granddaughters in the car with me both under the age of 6 I wasnt pleased to say the least. When I said something g about they said it was a coustomer that being said why do they use headsets? For this kind of service I could have went to the corner market,bought popcycles and listened to the teens standing outside the store

Just came from there and the dark haired short girl was extremely rude, her attitude was worse than a McDs employee. Talked to me like I was stupid. As we started to leave, other customers came in and the employees started complaining even though they dont close for another two hours! And this is why they dont deserve $15 an hour. Never going there again. Dont get a job working with people if you cant be respectful.

I am sad to be writing this revue but compelled to share that while the employees were polite and had great customer service, I did find an earring back in my ice-cream, and nearly ate it. When I called, the manager assured me that I would receive a full refund and she would make sure employees removed their earrings before going to work. While I am sure this is true; I would advise you to be cautious.

Ill never go back to this Baskin Robbins location again! Terrible costumer service! I waited in line for the Baskin Robbins employees to take my order and they just ingore me and walk away. So yeah I wasted my gas coming to this Baskin Robbins location! Next time Ill just go to the Wilma Rudolph location instead even thou the Fort Campbell Blvd location is closer to where I live.

I ordered a sundae and a milkshake. I spent almost $5 for a small milkshake. I accidentally dropped it after I paid for it and the workers stood there looking at me like I was stupid. No one offered to make another milkshake. It was an honest mistake. I love Baskin Robbins, but I would never visit this store again.

Very rude night staff. Items the website says are available, are not. Cashier said my boyscout discount card wasnt usable on my order. I went back the next day. The day staff was shocked she said that and gave me back the money I should have saved in the first place.

Great Service! Though the building is showing signs of wear, the ice cream is as good as ever and the staff are great. Maybe some blinds on the windows or something to cut the sun blinding everyone in the seating area... Get the Daquiri Ice, its the bomb!

I ordered a cookie sandwich and the cookies were the most hardest cookies Ive ever tasted in my life. I could barely bite through them. Might as well have broken a tooth trying to bite through some hard ass cookies. Never buying from this location again.
