Ordered a cake on a Monday, got confirmation it would be ready to pick up on Thursday. When I showed up Thursday the employee informed me no one had made my cake and itd be at least 24 hours for them to make it. When I asked why no one had made my cake he had no excuse except that they "forgot". Now I dont have the birthday cake I needed for that night. They still expected me to pay for the cake and told me I could pick a generic cake from the fridge to replace it. I asked to speak to the general manager who was "unavailable" and never answered her phone. Horrible experience, will never go back.

This is like the Starbucks of ice cream. Yes it is a little more expensive than Baskin Robbins but the portions are generous. The ice cream itself does taste richer and the variety of mix-ins allows you to create your ultimate ice cream sundae. My favorite is the milk and cookies shake -- with Oreo cream filling flavor ice cream and extra oreo cookies mixed in; yes I get that specific and yes, the staff happily accommodates my obnoxious requests. The staff is always very friendly and there usually isnt a long wait.

1 scoop to rim $5 I cant believe I took my 8 year old here to get a 1 scoop ice cream with gummy bears that were hard as tires! 1 small scoop with gummy bears should NOT cost $5. What if I bought my son? $10? A family of 4? $20? For ice cream with stale toppings? No thanks! Wont be back ever for this one.

It took them 20 minutes to take my order and another 20 to give me my strawberry ice cream, I sympathize with the drivers of grub hub, they have to wait too long..........I am surprised how that place can survive with so many workers so lazy especially the women who work there, "I never came back "

Always a go-to! They have a really wide variety! Its pretty cheap, too for the amount of ice cream you actiually get. I love the cookie dough..but who doesnt. Also, a fun fact! If you tip them, theyll sig to you while they serve your icecream! Whats better than that?

Unfortunately, when I went yesterday, the freezer was being repaired. The ice cream was soft, but edible. As soon as we walked outside, it turned to soup. Half way home my son pulled a huge ice chunk from his love it size creation that was the 2 inches long.

Great ice cream!! Some of the best I had. Very pricey though, only went because I had a groupon. The server wasnt very nice, not sociable enough for an ice cream place, seemed like she didnt enjoy her job much. Other than that, it was awesome!

Passed this place walking through the Dog Patch and had to stop. The peanut brittle ice cream was fantastic. Plenty of seating and lots of people waiting for their fill. Definitely get a scoop or three.
