I will admit the I am no food connoisseur but lets get right to the details. I will list some Pros/Cons for a better idea and without using walls of text! My Fiancee and I purchased two lunch specials from the Mexican food category. -Service Summary- Pros: - Cheap Pricing (Lunch Specials) Cons: - Stood at front door for about 5 minutes until instructed to sit where wed like - Around a 10 minute wait before waitress noticed us to take orders - About 30 minutes before food was brought to table - Waitress could not really define her favorite dish for a potential future visit.(Keep this in mind) -Food Summary- Pros: - Generous Portions Cons: - Refried Beans had the color/consistency of instant oatmeal (Dripping off spoon like water) - Cheddar cheese used in burrito rather than a subtle cheese that compliments - Meat tasted as if it had been sitting for some time - Spanish rice tasted of tomatoes with little spice reinforcement Environment Summary: The target market for this business can be immediately decided based on a bar that takes about about 2/3 of the building space due to the customer area being similar to an L". We were seated in the area further from the bar, it has a very tight feeling, especially at tables for two. To Conclude: While Im always up for another go, I dont have much confidence in this businesss ability to earn more than 2 stars. I mentioned the watery/light colored refried beans to the waitress and she did NOT seem surprised... Almost expecting people to voice concern about the dishes. She hypothesized that it may have been the bottom of the batch which concerned me on premise that when ordering food, most business cook per order rather than create huge quantities and allow customers to deal with the aging. I then asked her what often sells most, I was just read the menu again. To be more decisive, I asked what her favorite dish is, she took a moment to really think (also worrying). I will definitely update this review if I am to return.

When we went seemed like there was 1 server, she was so overwhelmed that she forgot out refills. Sadly they werent that busy. Steak Tacos were interesting. Chunky meet, didnt really have good seasoning. Reminded me of having dinner with someone trying to make Mexican food whos never done it before. Weve been to their old location didnt like food, not thrilled here either and wont be coming back. Perhaps their other food is better but, if I want Mexican Im not going here.

The server, Meg, was very sweet and knowledgable. They were out of a beer or tapping the keg and she offered plenty of other options while we waited. We went for the $1 taco night and were not disappointed. The portions were still large for a special night! Id be interested in coming back to try their other dishes. Nice family environment.

Lallos is my favorite bar food place around. It is almost a disservice to call it bar food. I mostly eat the mexican fare but everything is good, soup is awesome. Try one of their heaping chicken parm sandwiches, its two meals. The staff is friendly, the decor is, uh..., who cares the food is amazing.

Love everything about this place. Not everything is always perfect, but we love the food for dine in and carry-out. The staff is always kind and remember their regulars well. Owners are present often, so you know they are invested. Great Bloody Mary bar on Saturday and Sunday.

Some of the worst Mexican food Ive ever eaten. Taco Bell tasted better. Seriously, heard good things about this place but today it sucked. Even the margaritas were awful. Tasted like white people trying to make Mexican food. No authentic Mexican taste here. Yuck!

Lollos has really good food, great service and for the price, you get far more food than Ive would expect. Well worth the price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cozy environment, good drinks, not too far off the "beaten path" I recommend LOLLOS highly.

I have always loved their food (5 stars) and get take out all the time. Dined in with a party of five on a Monday for lunch and the service was less than average. It took 5 minutes just to get acknowledged and another 10 minutes to get a menu.

Slow service, we didnt get chips like everyone else, and the skirt steak is too tough to eat as a sandwich. Hand cut fries were nice but unseasoned. Cream carrot jalapeño soup was amazing. Would try again if only for the soup.

Great little local joint that has an extensive menu. Ive only tried their Mexican, but we keep going back for it. I recommend the steak burrito or steak taco dinners. Only gave it four stars because service can lack at times.

Good food, fun times, bloody mary bar on Sundays. Either the bloody bar was somewhat understocked, or people were loading up on more than their fair share of everything, so there were waits for the shrimp and cheese.

Tried this place on Saturday and was very pleased with how their food turned out. The server was a little bit slow getting to us at first but was very friendly and made up for it. Probably will be going here again.

Delicious fish tacos and shrimp quesadillas! Chips are fresh and warm and the salsa, although mild, is sweet and spicy. Portions are ample and service is very friendly. Lallos is my new favorite Channahon fare!

Pam bartender, was super friendly. Food portions average to large. Quality better than good, Mexican can use a bit more flavor but good. Recommend the steak and potatoe tacos and cheese burgers!

Good local joint when in a pinch for a fast and quality Mexican meal. Choices are limited in the Channahon area but its nice to have a reliable place in the hood plus they deliver.

Cheddar cheese on a taco???? Come on man!! The chicken on the taco tasted as if it were boiled then chopped up and put right on the tortilla. No favor at all. Wont go back.
