I have to praise the Employees here and the general manager. I have Celiac Disease and many food allergies. My husband has gone in to pick up food for us numerous times. They remember him, but most of all they remember my order. They always wash their hands, change gloves and do everything they can to prevent cross contamination. Its one of two places in the area I can eat at, safely! Thank you all so very much for going above and beyond to accommodate me and give me a safe place to eat. ❤

My friend and I were just in the sycamore location , They gave us some of the best service I have had at any Chipotle yet . the food was fresh , everyone had a smile on their face everyone was pleasant , we had a chance to talk to the store manager Charmaine N. and she was awesome defiantly better than a lot of places in town ... she won us over

These guys must not want you to get ecoli because they dont give good serving sizes. It is literally 1/3 the size of every other one. My daughter ordered a build your own and they didnt have any beans made so they said just get her lettuce. That will be my last time going here.

Food is good however, the burrito portions or different from other Chipotles. I Would recommend you get a bowl instead. Second time getting a burrito that is half the size of the one you could get by the Chipotle next to NIU.

The food is good, but the portions are way tiny for the price. The burrito bowl I got was half the size of the one next to niu. I got salsa and the cup wasnt even filled all the way.still good quality food though.

Closes early almost every time I come here.. not like 9:55.. but like 9:45. Employees have no personalities. They claim the grill is broken when its past 9. Just a bunch of ghetto POS.
