Ive been a loyal customer, until recently when I asked Eggs inc to cater a party for 18 people. I ordered food for a catered brunch and when my father in law returned with the food everything was boxed up in small to go containers...approximately 40 containers! I called them back and asked if they had forgotten the food was for a party as we had discussed. The owner said " What do you want me to do...you can come back and get some pans". My guests were arriving and we had no choice but to put all the food on cookie sheets and transfer them in and out of the oven, and my husband had to run to the store to get tin foil pans. The owner knew I was upset and told me to call him back the next day (he was also very short with me on the phone). I have called twice and have never gotten a return call. They also forgot to include a sauce for one of the entrees. Very poor customer service,. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and would NEVER suggest using them to cater anything. A simple apology would have been nice for a $300 food debacle. They have lost my business indefinitely.

We have given Eggs, Inc. a number of opportunities to provide at least average service and it is an unfortunate truth that no one has been able to change our negative perception. All employees from the hostess and waitstaff to the bus staff seem extremely unhappy working here. No one smiles, no one greets you and everyone seems annoyed if you ask for something as simple as more water. I would bet a lot of money that if another similar breakfast establishment opened within a few miles of Weber and Boughton this place would be closed in a matter of months. People locally in Bolingbrook come here out of limited choices in the area. To the management: train more and be encouraging.

Good food and service! Update from 3 years ago! The food is still very good as is the service; however, the cost is going through the roof. I cant justify paying nearly $40.00 for a breakfast anywhere for 2 people and they have lost my wife and I as customers. We have noticed a steady decline in the amount of customers when we go there and can now understand why. It is most unfortunate as I guess the cost of operations is increasing for them.

Menu seems to have a wide variety of delicious items but, even after announcing it was our first time here: 1/ couldnt get the waittress to come over (overworked); 2/ didnt know how items were prepared 3/ took forever to get the food. This doesnt reflect poorly on our dear waittress who was doing her best but, yes on the management. Thats why I give them one star.

Came in around 10am on a saturday and it was packed, which is a great thing for Bolingbrook. Because it was busy, the kitchen was a little slow, but I think that will improve as they come into their groove and get some more time in. The portions were huge and the quality was very good. This will be a 5 star once they get the kitchen speed up.

I enjoy the food.... the service is good. The management/owners are wonderful. I go as often as I can. The management work hard to service their customers and to get to know their loyal and regular customers. Thank you Pete, Gust and uncle for regular acts of appreciation for me being a loyal customer... known also as big cuz.

There is no reason to go anywhere else for breakfast. We went to the other supposedly good breakfast place in Bolingbrook yesterday morning and didnt like it at all. We werent treated the way we always are at Eggs Inc., the food didnt come close. Eggs Inc. is our go to breakfast place, always will be.

We go to breakfast here all the time. You dont need a reservation. The servers are very friendly, and very efficient. Everything is always served hot. The food you order is well prepared and tastes great. The coffee is fine, not special. Free parking.

There hasnt been a single meal Ive had at this place, that turned out to be a disappointment. Their breakfast options are excellent, and their lunch menu is respectable. They close at 3:00 in the afternoon, so dont plan on dinner here.

Coffee pots arent properly cleaned leading to the worlds most bitter coffee, coffee mugs we were given still had coffee stains and sugar on them from whomever drank from them last. McDonalds is a better option so keep on driving!

The food was bland, no options for healthy eaters. The owner was sitting down when we came in, it really turned me off. I love breakfast places so I was quite disappointed, egg harbor is much better and cheaper than this place.

Pretty generic breakfast place. Service was okay, food was okay. Nikos is better though and just a few minutes down Weber in Romeoville. Skip Eggs Inc. unless youre in a real hurry.

Great food, especially comfort food. Can get a little busy during peak hours -- mid-mornings on weekends -- but generally a laid-back, not terribly busy place.

Food was just good. Service exceptional. Fritata was just a sctamble, not a real fritata. Over priced for the quality of the food.
