The girl who at the counter needs to learn how to treat others with a little more respect. I never feel out of place @ a starbucks. Coffee should never involve a degree from M I T, its coffee. Great coffee. Didnt appreciate getting the bottom of pot coffee. Bitter and burnt. Montgomery Il Starbucks they are awesome. Friendly and helpful and curtious. The girl shakes the container to get the last of the coffee out. Checks the container next to the one shes using. (should I make a fresh one). I guess the world will never know, and the fact I felt some bias towards me I? guess I wasnt worthy of a fresh venti. I couldve asked for a fresh cup. But I let it play out. At least now I know where not to go next time. As for Starbucks for coffee maybe Montgomery Illinois. Or the corner gas station. Not as good. But then again I dont have to feel like theres anything wrong with me. There isnt. Just like the coffee I was given maybe just a little bitter...

We always have issues whenever we come here. Then when they do make a mistake, you get attitude. I spend quite a bit of money at Starbucks, so yes I do like my drink made a particular way. I am so beyond frustrated with this place. They need a lesson in how to treat customers. When you order a drink a specific way for a long time ago do frequently, obviously you can taste differences when it isnt made correctly. We wont ever be coming back, and I can guarantee others wont be either!

This place "WAS" amazing when it first opened..... Now I wouldnt recommend it to no one.. After several visits of poor coffee, not to our liking, even after bringing our complaints to the baristas they brush you off and act as if we our bothering them.. When we let them know of our desire to get the coffee "WE" are paying for to taste like actual coffee not just hot water .... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

One of the smaller Starbucks locations on the inside, but there are quite a few tables on their patio outside. Be aware that its on the intersection of a busy street, so you have a lot of traffic noise if you sit outside.

This Starbucks is great, just like all the Starbucks Ive been to. They are efficient and the coffee/food is prepared consistently good. The order taker is efficient and courteous.

Wrong order. Cups not filled served 3/4 hot chocolates and mochas. Made differently than requested and unfriendly when I asked to fix. Gave up.

waited in the drive through as long as I could, then left so I wouldnt be late for work. 10 minutes in my opinion is just tooo long for coffee
