If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff messed up a couple sandwiches that my husband and I ordered. Theyve started serving their bread on thin bread and when I asked the manager why she told me they had always been that way. I tried to argue with her (since I know thats not true) but she just shut me down and told me shed been there for years and that they had always been served that way. So now Im mad because shes lying right to my face and being rude about it. I figured if I told corporate they could set her right and buy me 2 sandwiches to replace the ones they messed up. It took a week for their "customer care representative " to send me my gift card and it was for $5, not even enough to cover one sandwich. Ive never been so insulted, terrible service. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location or even any other if this is how they treat their customers. Ive been a loyal customer for years but I will not be going back.

I work right by the Panera that is on Lake and Harlem, in River Forest and I choose to go there because there are some certain drinks I love to get while Im workingg a full day but some of the women staff thete are absolutely horrible. I get attitude all the time and I guess this last time was the last straw. I went in there and order a simple hot chocolate, we talked about my rewards and I asked to use my $1 off in beverages, she didnt and also she originally put it as a to eat in, not to go order. So I had to wait longer plus I had to go ask to give me the $1 off, I thought I was going to get a courtesy treat for the trouble like the receipt says, but nope. When I had to ask for it, she ignored me like I wasnt standing in front of her. They use someone elses numbers so the bame on the receipt isnt even hers....they just redid the restaurant, which looks awesome but the people are still rude as ever.

I would rate this Panera much higher but the arrangement of their coffee station is awful. There are often several customers with filled coffee cups waiting in line to get access to the small accessory area where the lids, coffee sleeves, sugar, cream, napkins, and stir sticks are located. This is frustrating for the customers in the back of the line since they have to wait long time as well as for the single customer at the front of the line since he has everyone breathing down his neck. This could easily be solved (or improved) by adding a duplicate accessory area on both sides of the coffee station. In other words, accessory area on left, coffee pots in middle, accessory area on right. This may mean that Panera would need to move one table to make room for the second accessory area.

Ordered the NEW highly promoted Steak & Tasty White Cheese sandwich for $8.00. Well, thats all you get, tomato and lettuce extra. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich and I thought the sliver of "White Cheese" was a sheet of Kleenex. Oh, and they forgot to throw in a pickel. What a ripoff for a $8.00 sandwich. If you want a steak or beef sandwich try the hot dog stand just down the street, youll save money and be well fed.This chains business model is not for the customer but to make a tremmendous amount of cash for the franchise.......go elsewhere.

Wait was longer then normal and they didnt seem very organized for the lunch crowd. I placed my order online. While I was waiting they called names as the orders (to go, like mine) came up. When mine was ready, the guy stapled the receipt to the bag checked the contents and placed it on the side. Since I was the only one left I checked to see if it was my order. It was, so I took it. There was not so much as a nod my way. I dont think Ill go back to this one.

I love panara bread. Their soups are delisous and I love their pastries too. If they get your order wrond you get a free pastry. I dont like everything they have but Im picky so it doesnt matter what I say. Anyway panera bread is awesom and I recomend it to soup and bread and gourmet sandwich fans!!!

The cashier was condesending and really rude. Her manager didnt say anything she didnt take responsibility. Me and my friends order were both wrong and the soup was cold- room temp. // the desserts were limited and they were disgusting!! Only panera Ive been to thats bad.

They have this awful high-pitched ringing noise outside of the building that only young people can hear. It gives me a headache to come within 100 feet of it. I love the food and would definitely come here more often if the noise didnt exist.

healthy good food and fast service. However, bathroom needs attention with regards due paper towel maintenance and ensuring that garbage toilet bin must be emptied. This is NOT the first time I have noticed it.

Spacious location with outdoor seating overlooking park. They have Rapid Pickup as well as kiosks to order without standing in line. Really good Panera as far as they go. Friendly staff.

Good food, quick service, and friendly staff. Dining area is always clean and well kept. Usually pretty quiet so if you want to bring your laptop and get work done its a good place.
