Enjoyed our meal until I pulled a piece of METAL BRILLO PAD out of my mouth. Hoping that it was just a fluke and the only one... we ended up finding 5 shards of brillo pad in our cashew chicken. The same cashew chicken we fed to our kids. Appalled, I called and spoke to the manager who explained that it wasnt a big deal, we would be ok, and that she would send another cashew chicken. I declined. She offered to give us a complimentary cashew chicken the next time we ordered. I accepted not really knowing what to do. I was speechless at the lack of concern. After we hung up and I started thinking that that was a waste of time as I wouldnt be ordering food from them again so I called back and asked to be fully refunded instead. She said she didnt have the authority to do that and she would have the owner call me. Minutes later, the owner Kelly called. She recapped what she knew stating that we found "a piece" of metal in our food. I corrected her with a total of five that we found and who knows how many more my family and I ended up eating. She explained that they clean their wok with brillo pads and that some must have been left over in the wok. She declined to give me the full refund of nearly $30 for our family meal stating that "they are a small business that cant afford to refund food every time a customer complains" and that "most of her customers understand things like this". I was in shock and in disbelief. As I explained to her, this isnt a complaint that the food was tasteless or overcooked (which most of the time it is) I found METAL, lots of metal, in my food. Food that I fed my children! After a 5 minute fight of Kelly trying to talk over me over a simple refund, she reluctantly agreed on the stipulation that I allow them to pick up the rest of the food (not a problem Kelly, we werent eating it anyways). She also requested that I not order from them again... (once again, not a problem). BEWARE if you order from Asian Wok you will be taking the chance that you and your family will be digesting sharp pieces of metal, being told you will be ok, then being declined a refund and to top it off being told not to order from them again. I have never experienced anything like this before, ever. Im still in awe of the lack of concern, compassion and customer care. I was hoping to share the pictures but the site doesnt seem to have that option!!!

This was the absolute WORST Chinese food Ive ever had. We recently moved to Middleton and were in search of a new Chinese place. This is NOT it, dont waste your money. We should have known, considering that there was only 1 table inside eating dinner on a Friday night. The waitress greeted us with a rude statement regarding my appearance. We should have walked out after that, but decided to try the food anyway. We ordered a variety of food. The beef and broccoli tasted like brown gravy with sesame oil and the beef was gelatinous. The mandarin chicken was also gelatinous and VERY greasy with a strong garlic taste (not normal). There were chopped pieces of lettuce (serving no purpose, aside from being a space filler) in between and under the mandarin chicken. The egg rolls tasted like spoiled cabbage in a greasy wrapper and the "crab rangoons" tasted like carrots and cream cheese in a greasy won-ton wrapper, no trace of "crab." The pork fried rice was tasteless. The best part of the meal was the pork and seeds (cant do much to screw that up), and even the pork looked questionable (not sure how old it was, but there was a grey hint to it). We were pretty certain wed have food poisoning after that. If it were possible, Id mark this ZERO STARS. This place should be shut down. Go to Golden Palace in Caldwell. Its worth the drive.

1 Star because 0 stars is not a choice - - - I go there 2 different times in last few weeks - Every time, they VERY STRICT ! No changes from the rules ! So, First time - I get there about 15 minutes past lunch special discount - NO EXCEPTION - if you get there at 3:01, no lunch special. Next time was today - I request special lunch special - Just Tofu instead of any hard food (I explain to them I have Oral Surgery and can not have chicken, pork, etc. They Say "NO WAY, No EXCEPTIONS" Well, I will never go back again - That is the only way I can hurt them - Not give the $7 - $8 for the lunch special - Just make it with Tofu as I need soft food. Good luck

This place is definitely worth a shot! We ordered dinner which consisted of Mandarin spicy chicken, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, pork and seeds and crab rangoons. Everything was absolutely delicious and we were so impressed! They might have been mediocre in the past but they have definitely upped their game. Plus they were also busy tonight so despite the bad reviews there are plenty of people that enjoy this restaurant like we did and I think we all know that people tend to leave bad reviews more than good ones so you should try it for yourselves. I think you would be pleasantly surprised!

Well, after waiting a ridiculous hour and a half for our takeout to be delivered the food was awful! The chow mein smelled like cigarette smoke which I assume must have been burned and they salvaged the top and threw it in a container for us not caring that when you burn food badly it still makes the entire pan taste burnt. Soooo gross that my husband totally gagged on it. Sweet and sour chicken was way over cooked. My jaw hurt from trying to chew it. Very disappointed. Wont be ordering from there again.

Been trying to call them for 30 mins to find out some info, just rings and goes to their voicemail which states, they would be closing early the previous day due to Halloween, and that they would be back in at 11:00, been calling since 11 no one is answering. Guess they arent interested in my business.

We order take out a couple times a month and have never been disappointed. Some of the best Chinese food we have eaten locally! Good price for the amount of food you get! I was a little leary about trying them after reading some bad reviews on here, but have no fear! The food is great!! :)

Family owned and operated. Everything is made from scratch and they have the best dim sum ever to compliment all the other traditional Chinese dishes. If you want the best Chinese in the valley, you will eat here.

Food was very soggy, oily and extremely heavy on the salt in the chow mein. Food was just very sub par. Fast, friendly and nice people, just rough on the gut kind of food.
