TL;DR Dont come here If youre looking for a good Chinese buffet, dont come here. The only acceptable dish is the teriyaki chicken, the other chicken dishes were fine at first but quickly lost quality with each bite. They dont understand how to fry anything that isnt chicken or pork. The fried mushrooms breading was tasteless, soft, and stale, rendering the mushroom barely edible. The chow mein was fried to the point where the noodles were hard. They had three choices of egg roll: crab cheese, Vietnamese, and Chinese variety. The crab and cheese has imitation crab which tastes awful, its supposed to have cream cheese but I couldnt taste any, and the texture was appalling. The Vietnamese was definitely the worst of the 3, I cut it open and smelled it and immediately rejected the notion of even taking a tiny bite. The Chinese egg roll was the only one fried decently, but it smelled and tasted bad. Their lettuce was just sitting in water, making it soft and the dressing and toppings watery. All in all, pretty much a waste of $11.25 Just go to Grand China Buffet on Fairview

Ive ate here several times the food is decent but the lady that works there is off her rocker!!! Yelled at us one day for not leaving cash on yhe the table..we were all paying with cards. And i always tip. One time i accidentally crumpled up my bill...she flipped out on me i have no idea what she was saying but she was basically accusing me of tring not to pay!! Its a buffet everyone gets charged the same. The last straw was friday a few of us 7 total went in and one of the guys payed early and went outside to smoke. When the rest of us were paying she started yelling at us causing a big scene one of you didnt pay there was 7 and only 6 pay. We tried to explain it to her but she wouldnt stop. I have been eating here for awhile but im done!! The one on five mile and overland all staff are respectful and nice!! Dont go to the eagle location!!

We showed up around 9PM and the door said they were open until 10:30 so we figured that we were fine to sit down and grab a quick bite. When we walked in they said they were closing soon and we should take our food to go. I wasnt super excited at that point, and I should have just left, but they convinced us to take a couple of boxes of food from the buffet. That was a mistake. Some of the dishes looked like they have been out all day and the few that we did take tasted like theyd been there all week. I know I shouldnt expect much from the buffet at the end of the night, but I had to throw everything away. It was so terrible I was afraid I would get sick if I ate it. Im sure the food is better during the day, but I think it is disgusting and wrong that they actually sold that food to us. I guess I learned my lesson.

Sucks!! Called in an order at 5:45 and was told our wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. Called at 7:03 to check where our food was and we were told it was on its way (we live 6 minutes away.) At 7:25 we called again asking where our food was and they couldnt find our order and put us on hold for 5 minutes. Manager came back on the line and said they couldnt find our order but could start it now and deliver when it was ready and give us 20% off, seriously?!! 20% off when you lost our order, told us it was on our way and made us wait close to 2 hours to find out our order was lost?! Im starving and MAD! My husband Nathan handled the calls and was way too nice! Awful!!! We have never ordered from The Great Wall, and unless they want to deliver our order they lost for free wont ever order again!

Only good if youre really hungry. Poor food quality and customer service. General Tsos chicken is okay. I had the Mongolian Pork once and it was mostly bell pepper with barely any meat. I had to dig around to just find a piece. Sushi...edible but not the best. Orange Chicken is a choking hazard and shouldnt be served. Those that are giving this place Five Stars are kidding themselves. Im being very nice to even give them three stars. Ill come here sometimes to get some food but Its not even on my list for top 10 Asian Cuisine. FYI, if a Chinese restaurant serves American food, its not Authentic.

We had been going here for a few years nd its been getting worse. Tonight was the last straw. Their customer service is terrible. They brought me the wrong order. I called and they said they would have the driver bring me the correct food right away. Over 30 min later, still no food. Then they guy who andwered the phone changed his story 4 times and wouldnt let me speak to a manager. He said he would have the manager call me back. Its been an hour an still nothing. I will be disputing the charge at the bank. Horrible service. With just ok food, if the order is even right.

It was horrible the waiter went up to my wife, asked her if it was 6 over the age of 12, she said no, i have kids, and he flat out refused her. He looked at the host, said i want the party after them, these people wont tip as much. The host said the other waitress was just seated it was his turn, still he argued. Once we were seated, it took about 15 minutes before someone came. She was angry and when asking drinks said, cant i just bring everyone pepsi? --in a beligerant voice. She made our son cry, who has autism and was having issues deciding on his drink.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR SHOULD HAVE A MINUS SIGN IN FRONT OF IT!!. Food was terrible - rubbery oysters, mushy fried shrimp, the vegetables had a "funny" taste. When we complained to management that we didnt think we should have to pay for our food we were threatened with the police. The manager told us that you cant return clothes you dont like so we had to pay for our food that we didnt eat. Ive never had a restaurant manager argue with me before about the quality of their food. If you want quality food and service DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

Its an inexpensive Chinese buffet. Is it a 5 star restaurant? No. Does is give you a lot of choices? Yes. It is what it is. My great-uncle likes to go here, so once a year we go. Hes happy and I can always find something to eat. There are some things in the buffet that I take a pass on. Other are great. Love their green beans. Love their pork and seeds and spicy mustard. If you go in with realistic expectations you wont be disappointed. If you think you are going to be eating gourmet Chinese then you should probably get some counseling.

Cold food, poor food selection, wouldnt even let my 11yr old have a to go cup for her water. I understand no to go boxes for the buffett, but for a water that they are going to dump down the drain seems a little ridiculous. I would have been willing to pay for the cup, but that was not even an option until I told our server that I was irritated and that we would not come back there to eat.I will not return to this establishment and surely will not recommend this place to anyone, well maybe my ex-wife.
