The experience was the worst. Went in a week before any 10 year olds party ordered the ice cream cake. When I went to pick it up there was only one person there. The cake was late to be ready, was late for the party, and didnt get what I order at all. The colors didnt match to what I asked for and didnt have my sons image on it. The employee didnt know what to do and no manager was in duty. I called the next day (monday) and asked for the manager at 11am and they werent even available til til Tuesday or possibly Wednesday late in the day. Called corporate offices and they said they would give it to the manager. Horrible service and horrible experience.

God, I love ice cream more than anything but this place is filthy . The tables are never wiped down, there are fingerprints on every single piece of glass, the rugs at the front door look like theyve never been changed out, the tiles look like they have years of dirt stuck in them and theres even a mess behind the counter. This location needs to work on cleaning the place up a bit. I would give five stars if this store spent a bit of time cleaning just a little bit. I shouldnt have to put napkins down on the table so I dont get stuck to it.

A wonderful time! I took my family in and they had a great experience. We went in on a Tuesday evening and it wasnt that busy, but they seemed to be very understaffed. If they had more people to keep up with peoples orders I would rate 5 stars. My son works there and he loves it! A great summer job!!

The ice cream is very good here, my family and I consistently have enjoyable experiences here. The prices are about the same as a higher priced fast food joints dessert prices. The seating isnt very pleasant, however.
