Pretty much the most disgusting ice cream Ive ever had. The flavors are not natural, and every single flavor is overly sweet and disgusting. I want a vanilla ice cream with real vanilla not imitation vanilla that you pump a la Starbucks. The only way to make their ice cream edible is to get no flavor. Dead serious, order no flavor premium ice cream and get an add in of your choice. Theyll look at you like youre an alien but its the only decent experience to be had here. Once the gimmick of liquid nitrogen wears off or other places use it with better ingredients this place will die out quickly. Anyone who thinks they can get their ice cream flavors from a pump doesnt deserve the good stuff.

We went there today to cheer up the kids since it was raining all day. This place did the trick. They thought it was awesome watching their individual ice cream flavors freeze. Each flavor we ordered tasted AMAZING. The kids sized cups were the perfect size for a 4 & 6 year old and the small was enough to satisfy an adult. Price is reasonable too. Also the young man who waited on us was super friendly and explained the whole process to us. I was very impressed with his customer service. Wished I had caught his name. Overall this place is great, you must stop in if you are in the area.

This place is packed and I imagine is super busy all summer long. The inventive and unique freezing method is delicious and fun to watch! I was suspicious of some of the "syrups" that are used and so tried to avoid what looked like obviously unnatural flavors. However, the cinnamon is real and the chocolate fudge looked pretty real as well. The citric acid for the more tart combinations is probably a good way to go for someone looking to make as pure and non-GMO a dessert as possible.

This place is really fun to go to for a different experience. Soon enough it will be a trend around the country just like FROYO. Only downside is, if you are looking for really intense, full flavor ice cream, this place is lacking. Due to the common base and quick recipe, there is a lot of flavor missing from each flavored ice cream. But dont let that stop you! Its definitely worth it to check out and to say you had ice cream made from nitrogen.

Always a great experience, no matter your age. Flavors are good and you can make is just about any way you want. Ive been there several times and never have a problem. Today the staff was quiet and didnt really interact with the quests. Also there were spills on the floor that could cause someone to fall and get hurt. But one off day wont stop me from coming back.

This place was pretty cool. They freeze your ice cream on the spot with nitrogen. All natural flavors, hormone free certified, and a bunch of great flavors! Fairly priced too. They also come in the option of ice cream, custard, yogurt, and non-dairy. I would disregard the 1 bad review. That guy must just be angry with life. Almost all of his reviews are 1-2 stars.

The most amazing ice cream experience. You have a selection of bars including soy and almond milk. Your creation is made from scratch. Our party of five all had different creations, all of us were first timers and all loved our choices. Definitely coming back to try other delectable combinations. PHENOMENAL!

Love it mostly about the novelty but my three boys had fun watching them freeze cream into ice cream with liquid nitrogen. They have this huge tank of liquid nitrogen. My beautiful lives the non-dairy option. Very original with lots of custom option. My son chose to make is own version of smore ice cream.

Really fun, sciency ice cream. The best thing about Sub-Zero is the variety of bases (custard, regular, and yogurt). Add tart flavor to your science dessert and experience the flavors coming to life. Its a vast improvement on anything you could ever order.
